So, after about a year of nada, I start having OBEs again.  Except, every time it happens now, it feels as though it were the first time!    Resulting, predictably, in a major freak-out.

I'm not sure there is any way to "make" myself remember.  I mean, if there were, I'd "remember" to relax and not freak out.  So right now I'm just venting . . . . :angry3:
