Hey

I find that my breathign really gets in the way of my vibarations  sometimes. I will feel the vibaratoin, or the sensation of lifting up out of my body, but when i breathe in or out this feeling is disturbed!

any suggestions on what i should do about breathing when trying to project?

Don't. Just kidding. I know what you are talking about, and at least for me when I was just first starting out it is because I focused on breathing a lot. (I still do though, because it is a breathing technique I do to obe). So when I am breathing the certain way I do when I go to project I count my breaths 1-2-1-2..etc. So the breathing becomes more automatic after time. When the vibrations hit I visualize the energy entering me from different direcations...etc by this time once they start to become stronger I forget all about breathing because I become focused now on forcing the vibrations to become stronger. If you do it right from the start of the first "twinge" of vibration it should only take you a matter of seconds/cycles before the vibrations force you to exit. It's a matter of not focusing so literally on your breathing, you might be focusing so much on the breathing that you feel like if you dont force yourself to breath you'll stop breathing. By the time the vibrations hit for some/most people breathing seems to be one of the things handed already over to the subconscious mind. However, that is not how it is for me during the vibrations and even at exit time I can still move any part of my physical body at will. No sleep paralysis period, I can move my toes,legs..etc. I have although very little feeling in my limbs, instead of laying on my bed it feels like Im laying on a steel plate but I can still move. I think this is because exiting becomes so much easier over time that one does not have to be in sleep paralysis any longer to exit. I've woken up in the mornings walked to the fridge to get some milk and out of nowhere vibrations will hit. While walking around it feels really odd on the head, disorientating and feels like you moved your head to the side real quick (hard to explain). Okay now Im just rambling on hopefully this helped in some way heh.

Same thing with me, thanks for the help T.L :)

So basically, I just have to focus more on the vibratoins and less on the breathing?  :-)

thanks T.L

I'd say focus on the breathing until it becomes automatic or controlled by the subconscious like TL said.

Its different for a lot of people though. I don't often get vibrations, more often noises. However, I don't focus on them. I focus on counting my breaths until I'm just... there. Its hard to explain, but if your mind is focused enough I'd say feel free to shift your awareness to the vibrations.

I have a question to you don't u get to the F12 when your body is sleeping and your mind aware?
And the hypnotic sounds in your mind?
I usually hear this sounds before projecting :|
