why is it so hard to breathe?

This has been an issue for me since this projecting started a year ago.  I always find myself holding my breath or feeling like I'm being choked.  My vision is usually dull.  I use commands ("clarity now" and what-not) to no avail.  I find it difficult to move around --- I always feel like I'm swaying.  I've tried communicating with another being several times.  When I speak, it's hoarse and sounds like someone that's being choked.  I've tried just thinking what I want to say --- like talking in your head.  The only times I got a response from this being, I could see there mouth moving but no sound.  Another time I heard a reply, but it was faint (I asked his name --- I think he said "Cangor", I made a mental note not to forget it, but by the time I was writing it in my journal, I wasn't positively sure that was it).

Hard to breathe while you're "out"?

It sounds like you're still semi-feeling the heaviness from the paralysis that your physical body is experiencing while you're projecting.

Just relax, allow yourself to focus upon something in your immediate vicinity.  This will focus your attention away from whatever physical sensory input you're getting and towards the non-physical environment you're in.  You can also try rubbing your hands together and feeling the sensations that generate.

You just need to further solidify your consciousness within the reality you're currently experiencing.  :)

Wow, that makes so much sense.  That's why so many times when I'm out I can still hear things going on in my room.  I just need to relax... That's so hard for me to do.

Remember, you need to relax AND bring your attention and focus squarely in the reality you're currently experiencing.

In this physical reality, our 5 senses lock us in here rather nicely.  You can use this knowledge to do the same in the non-physical by focusing and concentrating upon the sensations you're receiving from that environment.

Thanks Xanth... Focus on my current environment and relax.  Man, I feel stupid for not realizing this.  But thanks again for the enlightenment.
