Hey folks sorry for my grammar I'm on my mobile so if my spelling is off that's why. I had an Obe this morning and as I felt my body flying upword I clairvoyantly saw a man in a chair (in 2D) just a shadow... After asking if I could please speak to one of my guides. I appeared in a room that felt familiar yet couldn't pinpoint it. Was the same guy as last time. A black man in a suit. It was like god guy from Bruce almighty! Even the same voice... I suppose my guide is Morgan Freeman lol. I'm not religious but I find it cool! I wonder why my guide (one of them) appears to me like a movie star? Anyway I was having a hard time asking questions because I was so excited. I kept looking around the room. I was very unaware at first but as time went on it got super clear. Just as "real" as this place. Anyway I told him I didn't take my xanax last night (then I forgot why I even told him that and DID realize I did take it because I'm weening off the medication. I have been for a while. He asked me "what's that one for again?" This shocked me a little bit I figure he would have known why. I told him panic attacks. He said "aww yes okay." I went on to ask him if the reason I have panic attacks is related to this being my first time in earth. He smiled and said yes. Then went on to explain something to me but I was too involved on the environment. I felt horrible because I was so excited I was almost ignoring him. Everytime I wanted to ask a question I kept stuttering and could not get anytjing out. I was like a kid in a candy store. He was explaining something to me and I found myself not getting the information because I was so distracted. So I plopped back here in the physical. I wrote my experience down and telepathicly apologized because I felt I ignored him. I was just to excited. I know he understands. Cool experience though!

Thanks loosh! I am not sure why he appears that way to me but it works well! I seen him one other time too. I still need to ask for a name I keep getting too excited and I never know what to ask him

Are you crazy? How dare you ignore Morgan Freeman! :-D

But cool experience. When I meet my spirit guide (which I'm sure I will) I'm going to ask him for loads of personal advice.

Emotions will interfere with your experience. They're possibly the third most significant reason for an unwanted return to the physical.
Think about your immediate thoughts once you return.
These too are emotional lol.
It's that 'why did I do that.... aaagh' thought you have.
Slow down and think  ' I'm an observer only here to witness the goings on'.
Then you can deepen your stance by feeling local things ect so you become fully phased into the environment.
It's easy to say, remembering it works better with the correct mindset will greatly extend your time within the experience. At times you become almost cold and calculating in order to finish a test or retrieval for example. This is accepted as normal in some 'places', they already know of and expect travellers to visit.
You then do as they do, until your talent is required.
That's when the fun starts...
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.
