Can someone update me on what happened to Frank Kepple?

I am just getting into this forum and I saw many people praise this guy Frank so I read his Phasing Model and it rings truth to me and totally fits in with all my previous research. I heard he got sick and doesn't post anymore. Is that true? What is the illness, does anyone know? An administrator from obe4u.com (Raduga's website) told me that Frank was a fraud and took people's money and disappeared but this makes no sense to me. Can anyone shed some light on this topic? I find this administrator kind of closed-minded, like Raduga himself, which is strange for experienced OBE-ers but whatever. I just want to clarify things and get up to date with who Frank Kepple really is. I think his Focus Phasing Model is amazing but I still haven't proved it to myself in experiencial way. I am planning on going to F3 and visiting a guy who recently died. He was old and he was the boyfriend of my mom's best friend and considering his life personality I think he will be in the upper branches of F3 and I hope I can meet him and maybe send back some messages to his girlfriend (almost wife, but not officialy).

Okay, I researched the Kepple's issue a bit and it seems like he didn't return some money to some people for some reasons. That's all that seems to be sure. Some say he is dead, some say he is ill, others say he just scammed some people. Maybe he got killed and got his money taken or just got killed without being robbed or just died, whatever. He is in a good place if he is dead so I don't feel bad for him (or other people who died; I feel kind of jealous at times to be honest).

Now, the thing that I want to ask is - Is the Frank Kepple's Phasing Model a good structure for the virtual reality in which we live in? Are people actually accessing the places he is talking about the way he is talking about? Of course, there are variables but I just wonder if the basic ideas that he says about F1,F2 and F3 are correct? I won't bother doing anything in F4 yet and I know that not many have ventured there. But ,seriously, the thing about the 3D blackness and accessing F3 through it while in F2 - is that sort of the way it is? I also seek any other advice about accessing F3 from whereever. As I said, I want to meet this dead friend (even though he was like 50 years older than me lol).

Yes, the advice and information of Frank's is verified as good stuff and is still talked about. I find his F1 through F4 model to be very accurate, though simplified. I don't think too many people argue his model, only his disappearance.

It's just one way out of many. It's not like you can just follow a 3-step formula and BANG, you're in F3. It takes a lot of practice and experience to get to that point easily, but if you practice Franks techniques diligently and don't give up, you're bound to see results.

The "administrator" you're speaking about on Raduga's website is probably Summerlander.  He's a nice guy for the most part... just don't bother talking anything metaphysical (astral or otherwise) with him or you'll have a huge argument on your hands.  He believes his own opinions are the ONLY truth and will blindly defend them until the second he bans you.  Suffice to say... his opinions are closed minded and are simply not to be trusted.  I've lost *ALL* respect for Raduga for the company he keeps.

As for Frank Kepple... dude was as genuine as he comes off as.  Money/Class issues aside, it was his knowledge which launched me towards the progression I've made today. 

As for where he is... he died back in Oct 2005.  No, I don't know that for certain... I know it *inside*. 

Although, as with any information you get from *ANYWHERE*... take it with a grain of salt and view it ONLY as a guide, not a rule.

Second that with Summerlander. Have had a bit of a feud with him to. Nigh impossible to make him see what I meant, but in the end we got along, although he really never believed a word I wrote.

Yup, it was exactly this Summerlander guy lol. The first several posts of his that I read basically didn't say anything other than some philosophical nonsense which went in circles. He seems to be very upstuck on definitions. I asked something about Real Time zone and he wrote 3 essays on how this is not a good definition because there is no time and what exactly is "real" without addressing the question at all. I also saw him telling people that it's all in their heads and excrement like that. I also saw some other posters with the same attitude and Raduga himself was a kind of debunker of many paranormal phenomena or methods like binaural beats and I have researched it well enough to know that it's not all BS and it's not "in my head or brain". I just can't believe how someone who is regularly going outside of their bodies, floating like a ghost can be so closed-minded. You would think that experiencing non-physical would open your mind but I keep seeing people who are experienced in psychedelics or OBE that are still closed-minded and it is very sad. I really don't like philosophical guys who keep on nagging without saying anything like this Summerlander. The good thing is that Raduga's techniques are very good and simple so I am very thankful to him for that. I just don't like it when he tries to play the "my methods are the only ones that work" card.

So basically Frank Kepple's Phasing Model is one that has many followers here despite his misterious disappearance? I also follow my intuition and when I read his huge post on his model I felt it was very close to the truth based on what I've learned so far.

I followed the technique of relaxing then noticing in the closed eye phase. I sudden;t got the vibrations and then found myself in the 3D blackness. It was very real.

behaviours like that of Summerlander and Radruga (and possibly all who remain in that forum) make me sad, and they really claim to be 'scientific' about it, although their 'conclusions' are not derived from 'research' (as they ridiculously proclaim) but from mere materialist backward belief, and they don't even make any sense if you probe them, e.g. their "ET abduction research" was absolutely ridiculous

btw, he was also thrown out of the AD forum after he misbehaved there, but of course yes, I am sure he's a nice person and you can have a good beer or two with him and a chat about football and girls in a pub, just don't mention spirituality ....

I have been thinking the past few days that Frank might have been targeted and kidnapped by secret Black Projects (above law) run by some of the power structures on Earth and used as an astral spy. I am sure it is no secret to many of you that remote viewing and astral projection are used a lot by such Black Projects and they might have studied his posts on here and come to the conclusion that he could help them with his expertise. I hope I am wrong but it is definitely a possibility. These things do happen. Remote viewing by CIA has been declassified so everyone can look that up. Astral Projection is also often used in these spheres of espionage.
