After hours of fruitless effort and frustration trying to enter a trance state, I found myself returning from some kind of like a weird semi lucid dream-like thingie where I believe, a woman or an entity engaged me like a succubus would (she was ravenous). When I awoke I was completly burned out physically, a state I so long for to reach at will, so i decided i would try to detach, - and i did. Especially suprising to me was the observation that I wasn't very deep in trance yet I could easily leave my body. Recall of these two OBEs was seemless.
I visualized (realized?) an iron pot over my head and that shifted my focus away from the physical to the etheric/RTZ sufficiently as to project myself there (must've been my subconscious using this suggestions I had read the evening before in Peterson's book), climbed over my bed to the ground and tried to escape through the ceiling which didn't work at all so i went to the ground and passed out. I didn't sense any etheric arms as I felt more like a camera and whenever i hit solids i would smoothly come to a stop. My consciousness was quite dim so I had to make a conscious effort to realize that it wasn't a clairvoyant-like mental vision. And whenever I shot out of my forehead, my ears would internally tense, create this physical rushing sound of the eardrum. I guess those muscles were the last bodily attachment at that point, like a severed rope dangling only by one last strand. When I came back to my body I went out again and passed through one of my diagonal windows. At this point what Peterson called "The Phantasy Trap" started taking over - i realized more and more that i was starting to see worthless content from my dream mind so i aborted it.
It was muddy outside but in my etheric environment the sun was dimly shining through and there were artistically arranged clouds aswell. At some point I was trying to hurry up to the moon but halfway there I kind of blacked out. A lack of self confidence added to it.

That would be all

Your two OBEs once again highlight the importance of having a prior intention to do something specific or to go somewhere or see someone while out of body. So many people work hard to induce an OBE. Yet once they succeed they find their OBE bogged down with confusing dream-like imagery. I know this is true because it has happened to me several times.
So the next time this happens to you during an OBE try to remember to do something interesting -- go flying outside, see a friend, visit Paris---Anything to focus your concentration and keep the OBE going a while longer.

Dear Greytraveller,

I didn't intend or expect to OBE that morning, so the opportunity presented itself when my physical body happened to be in a highly potent state for projection and all I had in mind then was to get the most out of the least  :-D.
