How can we stop reincarnation?

My question are:

Is it the right thing to do by not going to the White Light (Spirit World) after death?

Is the only way to stop reincarnation by staying as a ghost?

My understanding is, if we go to the White Light (Spirit World aka Heaven) after death, we will meet our loved ones, stay there for a lengthy period of time, and then our Guide will ask us to reincarnate back to earth again.

I don't mind if we go to Earth to "Learn"; to experience life. However, if you are familiar with Sunette spies's (Desteni) channelling, she says the whole White Light Construct is a program created by Anunaki, Sirius, Marduk and other ETs billions of years ago, in order to imprison and enslave inter-dimensional beings.

If you are also interested in how Atlanteans were imprisoned by Anunaki billions years ago. Please start from Mankind History 1:

Many NDErs report completely different experiences, where they decide if they want to stay in the nonphysical as facilitators, or if they want to do something else- and this is after going into the light, which is only the first step into the afterlife zone.  If you read other information that crossreferences NDE accounts with OBE accounts and religious (Egyptian and Tibetan Books of the Dead and Swedenborgian information), such as found in the Unanswered Question by Leland, you may get a better crossreferenced idea of what goes on after we die, if there is such a thing as an afterlife.

The usual (most reported) scenarios are -chronologically speaking:

A) You die or are ejected out of your body.
B)then you see the light.  You go to the light and find yourself in a realm, or go through a tunnel and find yourself in a realm.
C)Then you see different facilitators or loved ones.
D)You go through a life review, and generate your own personal afterlife processing zone.
Then you finish this, and decide if you want to:
--1)Stay there in the inbetween zone and become a facilitator
---2) Stay there and become first a facilitator, then something 'more'
----3) Reincarnate if that is what you wish.

So you see, many NDErs go through steps A, B, C & sometimes D before they get pulled back in their bodies when it's not 'the complete crossover', so I cannot imagine why anyone would want to stay in the 'hungry ghost' category without even dealing with their life purpose or get a chance to decide how they want to continue to evolve.
My guess is that whoever is disseminating this information has a vested interest in slowing down spiritual evolution, if there is such a thing.
edit: I see this is channeled information, which I find more suspect than a more thorough study of consciously recalled experiences.

Life is a wave my friend. Every aspect of it. I don't know if you could stop the momentum of life's wave, even if you wanted to.

Enlightenment, that's how you break the cycle, becoming a ghost isn't possible.  Refusing not to progress spiritually is your choice but since we continue to live on a spiritual plane and that existence will probably seem similar to this one and even more so if you choose to say close to earth when you leave this world... re incarceration will then most likely seem a wonderful opportunity for spiritual growth and progression in the direction of transcending out of the cycle.

You cant cheat progression...well you can but you continue to suffer. Blessings

By being a "ghost" Is that like you being out of body? Can you still go places even if they are miles away instantly? Fly? Etc?

To answer the above question:

I think so, at least similar.

I am not sure about teleportation. I guess you can, because in Sunette Spies videos, she often talks about she goes to different places when out-of-body. What I am sure is, in one of her videos, she mentioned "Quantum Time" in the Spirit World, means you can look at your future and past like a movie. May be teleportation is part of the "Quantum Time" in the dimensions.

I can't astral travel; will someone be able to travel to one of the advanced planets tonight? And bring back some news? :-)

It'd be impossible to stay on the RTZ for eternity.
At the moment of death the astral body and (possibly) the etheric body (if it truly exists) escape and create a very powerful "projection" (If you can even call it a projection. It's really just another stage of existence). Well, it seems like that body you escape the physical with only has a certain amount of energy. It slowly wears down, and as it does you naturally shift dimensionally upwards.

On another note: The "light" is an exit from the physical to the nonphysical. To be in the RTZ as a "ghost" you have to have already traveled down the tunnel. There's no where else to go.

Myself, and MANY other projectors have even seen the light during a regular exit attempt (it's quite beautiful). We are not "enslaved" here but choose to experience a material world. In the higher dimensions we don't "have items" per say... we have everything we could ever need at a thought. Being here in the physical universe brings importance to having things.. In a way it's just us being greedy for a materialistic world.

ums

I always had a hunch that people who didn't eat meat weren't human.
