So I'm about to start practicing AP again and i was just curious to your thoughts on my previous experiences, i have had 3 although each quite different and i don't really know what to make of them..
#1 - The first time i tried AP was about 3 years ago, i went to bed one night and went through the process like this; first i laid still in my bed and slowed my breathing, i then tried to clear my mind.. i tried various techniques but i found it quite difficult and i then set about concentrating on relaxing my muscles. After a while i felt a kind of tingle all over but very mild and i felt numb and cold.. i then woke up because it freaked me out. I tried once the next day but didn't achieve anything - then i didn't try again.
#2 - The 2nd time was about 1 year later, i came home from work and decided to take a nap. As i was half asleep i was 'awoken' and i could feel vibrating but i couldn't tell wether it was me, my bed or my house etc that was vibrating and i remember hearing muffled music which sounded like a woman singing a lullaby - needless to say i was quite freaked out so i got up and went about the rest of my evening trying not to think about it.
#3 - This time is slightly different and i don't know wether it is relevant or not but about 6 month ago i had a dream which was quite intimate and with someone from work, just seemed like a normal dream. When i got to work that day the person from my dream and another colleague were chatting and when i walked in my colleague (not from the dream) said 'oh tell him about your dream' (to the coworker who was in my dream) at this point they described the dream exactly as i had experienced that night.. and i had not mentioned it to anyone. We had both had exactly the same dream.
I'd love to hear some comments from you guys if you have any info or opinions on these experiences :-)
