Community in the beyond?

People are social animals, spirits - too. If we have a society and we seek groups and feel best in them because that's how we operate, then why after death we can get stuck so easily in our own reality? Aren't we supposed to end up in a beyond where other spirits can reach us easily, guide us, take us to rest. What I mean is, why do you think we depend on each other so much in the physical realm and the other world seems so isolated and singular for everyone? And if you want to reach a friend and you are lost, then ... I mean, it sounds like the other world is just a vast space of lost beings. Why do you think we transition from such a place like our dependant on company world to a place where we don't understand what is going on? how did we even decide to incarnate, given that we may end up stuck in our own fear realm?

The vast majority is lost. They don't know anything, especially about the NP world. Maybe you saw it from other's that there are belief regions there. People just continue their idiotims (sorry, their choice) after death. Monroe also talked about this, most of them are in addiction of human stuffs, materials.
There is an old saying that people will be much wiser in their later years - why should they? (Buhlman) They will stay as they were. No clue about anything.

Only a few will get free of these chains and go on their journeys after this playtime here. My impression is this. The most of them are just continuing their physical life in the NP regions like here - I know this for sure because I was there many times and they are like brainwashed people.
Most of people needs company and friends because they didn't learn to love themselves and enjoy their lives on their own. It is not the antisocial type, it is the loner type (I'm too and I like it mostly).

I think all of the main problems are coming from the fact that regular people just don't have a clue about anything other than this physical limited life, where they think material goods are necessary and they can bring it to the NP after death. They are in to any religions (not just the old ones) and self-fooling stuffs.
They are not lost in space in my opinion, they are just lost in themselves and like here the most of them are looking outwards. Like Monroe said, their escape velocity is low, chained to this Earth reality system. But time doesn't exist, we have plenty of to do whatever we want to.

Here our individuality is just a projection from other selves, an illusion like time and many things what we experience here. Look over Monroe vids and Frank DeMarco on youtube about these and you will see
The statement that we are social animals (, spirits) is a little bit misleading. We are just interacting with each other here. If we have friends (some) and they are gone, it means they are no longer serving the purpose which we or they needed. But most people somehow need groups (religions again lol) and follow something or somebody. Spirits, helpers can't guide us if we don't listen.

aren't spiritual guides (as much as they can) supposed to combine around the idea of leading everyone to a state of common heavenly delirium and if not, why do you think they would'nt approve of it?

I can give you some shots from my helpers. I've met them in dreams. I experience my lucid dreams like here in the physical, big awareness, maybe bigger than here - my helpers are watching me and let me experience and get answers. We talked about this with Szaxx, both of us are the loner types, who like to experience and learn the hard way and don't like if somebody (helper) give the straight answer. And there are the other tent, where people just run into guides, pull them out from their bodies etc.
The good teacher is like you will not have straight answer or just you know I think it is dependent on your own evolutionary level. Many people need help and they can't solve things which are bigger than their abilities.
So guides are (the name tells you) are guiding. They are your other selves, friends, strangers, like almost here in the physical life. If they are finished (the outsider ones) they go on their job. Your selves are helping you even if you are never listening. Look back on your life and your successes, events etc and you will see.

So people have free choice. Most of them as I experienced it, blocking out everything which is not fitted and accepted inside our brainwashed, very physical society. So if you hear a voice or see coincidences, you will block it out or just laugh and continue your daily life. Even is some people are in a so called "awakening" mode, they are just scratching the surface and choose a relgion, which is the best fitted in their world.
Their job is to just help where it is needed, the closer ones are helping you all the time. They are just doing what they can or up to, like us. It is the individual's job to see what he/she wants to believe in and go towards that goal. Finally it will wear off and look behind the scenes

The main job is your's as a person. You are doing the hard work.
Not a sad destiny if you are seeing this as an individual choice. Like a genie, who grants your wish. I can shoot a joke here You are an average person, just getting up and starts to say inside: I hate my job, I don't want to crash financially, my car is in bad shape, I will get sick etc, your genie just writing the list and says: well strange wishes but let's do it. Ok just a joke. Indeed if we see humans here I say the same, sad sad thing what most of the humans are doing. But who knows what was the lesson chain for each of them.

It sounds logical but values such as family, friendship, warmth, love seem a bit undervalued.

Well both of us started somewhere from a family and not everybody chooses a very good family where everybody truly loves each other Mine is not so good, egoist, primitive people. It is for a reason, why your dad or mother are doing this or that with or to you. My lessons were (hard) surviving and stay as I am deep inside, I was successful, but not everybody is successful.

Friendships are like they can last for decades - I had some of these types too - but everything is over after a certain time, some friendships are for a whole life. I think this too depends on what you need.
Love is a good one. But it is again for lessons partly, be with somebody for true love, I could bare with it but never found the true one. But I know if I found "her" it can end up or last for old ages, but we are going to the NP "back" alone. 

What could we learn about only good things and if everything is going fine all the time? There would be no need for Earth like systems maybe.

Well after we pass away we'll see whether a more gentle and loving community could wait for us and support us, if we are able to join it, of course.

John Lennon said it best... "A dream you dream alone is a dream... a dream you dream together is reality."
He knew the truth.  Realize that this physical reality is no different than the dream you have a night, or the conscious projection you had... and you'll start to see a bit more clearly.
Your self-imposed boundaries between "here" and "there" begin to melt away.
