Hi General-Army,

Lying on your side makes it hard to project, lying on your stomach makes it even harder.

I've come home extremely tired at strange hours of the night and felt body peel alway all on its own several times. It's really annoying when you're trying to sleep, and can feel downright awful! I must also add that it's not a good time to project - despite the natural tendency to - because your body is low on energy. You may project, but you'll probably have an awful experience.

Good luck,

Jeni

This happened twice now, i layed down in bed to fall asleep, once when i was sick and when i got home from ice hockey at 4am, but when i layed down, i got all dizzy and extremely sharp vibrations and it started to make me feel sorta sick so i decided to turn off of my side to my back and it all stopped, was this a beggining to an OBE or was it laying down the wrong way?

Now you COULD jump off a building, but.... youd die.
