...
Very exciting! So this is the equivalent of Frank's FoC3, right?
It intrigues me that you went to someplace called API, or similar, with a tropical island type of environment. I'm curious to whether this the equivalent to your mind of a FoC3 locale, and that's why it appeared as it was, or whether API has a permanent FoC3 location that potentially has become popular now, or even in the future - but exists outside of time, and so benefits from the strength of minds now and in the future.
As an aside, if I were to create a VR program in attempt to help aid Phasing, I would model it after API (think "Far Cry" graphics).
The cup struck me as strange. I wonder what kind of things the text might say ...
I know what you mean when you say "different in terms of the independent reality" in regards to the people you met ... you can tell somehow when people you meet are your own thought-forms and not independent.
I hope you get back there soon.
Regardless of the fact that you don't know how you did arrive to that 'place', it's great to hear that 'places' like that are 'solid' and revisitable, not like a fragment of your mind that fades away.
It's interesting that your perception of the place changed with your change in attention.
Long post very worthwhile reading.
Hi Major Tom
Great experience and thank you for sharing. Sounds like you are getting back into things just like I am (although mine have dried up a little due to lots of 'grounding' activities!!)
Quote from: Major TomYes, I would say it's the equivalent of F3oc. More precisely, in Monroe terms, probably somewhere in "the upper rings" since that was my intent and it seems to sort of fit in terms of atmosphere.
The atmosphere is how I have determined F3oc from my F2oc experiences. Characters being themselves.
Quote from: Major Tomsince I still feel a certain type of rebellion or revolt with trying to replicate the experience of others.
I'm with you on this one. I think it's important to always follow your own path/heart/whatever you want to call it. Let other's models 'bend' or 'fit' around your own experiences, not the other way round.
Quote from: Major TomI doubt that even F3oc environments are stable in the sense that everyone experiences it the same way.
I doubt it too.
I adore the cup 'angle' and think it is very important somehow.
"He can't be read. His face does not show anything."
That says a lot. And I think only you can really know what it means.
Thank you for sharing Major Tom - it's really helpful.
Sarah
wow, great experience!!! Reminds me of the old days when I was hitting a peak of phasing experiences and entering places much like you, where the people are people and its all so real, so different! Its not something you can explain but I know exactly what you mean. Lately I dont know whats different but my experiences have returned to very random hap hazard F2 experiences  seems consistency isnt my strong suite.
A suggestion for the future: If you meet someone who you think is a guide ask them how you can get in touch with them in the future when you are OBE. If they supply you with a solid answer then try it out! This is one of my main goals right now, to reproduce contact with a guide more than once. I have met people who I felt where guides but I have never seen the same one twice.
The cup is amusing, what a whimsical fantastic contraption. Not only can it hold your beverage, it can tell you random important information about you! Well... apparently not you... lol, but then again the fact that it couldnt read your face is because you wont let it. You close up to it like you close up to everything while OBE, thats what I got out of it. Then again that whole message is so very ambiguous and general that it could mean just about anything. Hope you figure it out. Thanks for sharing, I needed a bit of inspiration, I am about to attempt an OBE in about 10 minutes.
Quote from: Major TomThey almost seemed to appear with a feeling of my head rising above of the water. While it felt impossible to fly further up, I still held the thought in mind about my intent to go elsewhere, and much further as decided earlier.
Suddenly, my whole awareness shifted as a completely new environment appeared around me. It occurred like in the blink of an eye.
So as you were flying straight up, you got the feeling of your head rising above water?
This new environment was suddenly visible after you placed a strong intent to make it there?
What was the feeling of this supposed F27? Was there a difference in the air? Maybe everything seemed visually more bright? How did it compare to a standard lucid dream? Any further description will be great.
Major Tom, nice to see your getting back in the swing of things.
"Next, I would feel the energy sensations, be fully lucid, exit, and then briefly fly around close to my exit locations."
OK- just curious but what do you mean by "exit locations"? I feel like it's a common sense kind of thing but I can't figure out what your referring to.
What a great experience Tom and thanks for taking the time to share it!
You have given me motivation to try harder in my AP endeavors!
