Re-entry into body after AP.

Hi everyone,

Every time I come out of AP I hear chaotic noise as if a large group of people are yelling all at once. I also experience a feeling of my spirit being slammed back into my body upon the conclusion of AP. Is this normal and does anyone else have this experience ? I mostly visit with my spirit guide during AP. I would love to visit the Ashaki records hall, but have never been able to enter. This might be off limits to those who have not past to the other side. What are your thoughts about all mentioned here ?

i had only one conscious return into my body after what i believed to be an AP. It was kinda vibratingly warm and tingling - a very pleasurable sensation.

The "Akasha records" shall be a "belief" and not "existant" as such, according to "channel sources" like Seth/Elias/Kris and the like.

Try if u are more successful by becoming aware of your "oversoul/Esence", of which we shall be part of. It should bear the total of all physical "incarnations" and the experiences and "lives" of other dimensions your Essence takes part in.

I've read several accounts of people having visited the Akashic records.

The rushing sounds/sensations are common for exit and re-entry. Everybody pays attention to/perceives things differently, so some may recall these rushes, and some may not. It all has to do with how well these memories are "downloaded" into your waking memory (as opposed to astral), and that is often guided by which stands out the most in your mind to begin with.

I usually don't recall the rushes, but if I pay special attention to them, I often do.

Thank you Jenni and Jo'ogn,  your insight and information are very much appreciated. I've always been aware of spiritual happenings, even when I was a little boy. My first experience was with an angel. I met him next to a swirling current by a river. He informed me to go back home and not to play around the river because it was dangerous. I told him simply OK and turned to leave. I turned back around to say goodbye, but he had vanished. I also feel this was a possible exit point in my life, probably my first, but the angel was there to protect me. Anyway, thanks again.

I have had the experience of feeling slammed back into my body with an abrupt awakening and my heart rushing, ears ringing etc.  I think it's different for everyone and different each time, perhaps depending on the intensity of the OBE itself.  Just a theory.

Cool story too by the way when you were a little boy and saw the Angel.  My first thought on that was it could have been another one of your other Spirit Guides ??   I too visit with mine in the Astral as often as I can!

I once had laughter all around me when returning to my body. It sounded kind of like evil laughter, not nice laughter.. I just laughed back and it stopped and I woke up.

Thanks fliesatnite. Neat name, I like it. The first time I met my spirit guide was through astral travel. It was in a beautful room with a rose colored hue. It was round and had a marble floor. It was something like a garden gazebo outside. Thanks again.
