Damn creature

I was dreaming, it was dark and something grabbed my arm, I woke up with paralasys and I saw this scorpion type creature on my bed. It attacked my throat and I felt vibes from it, I got scared like hell, woke up and jumped out of the bed and started look for the damn thing. It was gone and I had a hard time to fall back to sleep. It really felt real and I wonder if this could be some kind of other dimensional lifeform or something

Last night when meditating and in a deep trance, i decided to ask my spirit guide to aid me and after a while heard someone say something. It was all jumbled and i couldnt understand it and eventually forgot what it was. when i came out of the trance, i was looking through my eyelids and for a split second saw this hooded figure standing at
the foot of my bed. It looked a lot like 'the old hag.'
