Sorry for the 4 month delay, but due to time, work, projecting, family life I decided to take the natural route "when the site gets done!"

Anyways, what you will find on this web site, I am not sure if any other oobe author or writer has gone to the extent of what I've done. Guess, I am trying to give the world my best!

Journal Note section is roughly 3 megs of text spanning years 1987 - 1997. You will also find a very helpful F.A.Q file about "Me" and the out of body experience.

Years 2005 to present there is 500megs, roughly 7hrs of voice oobe narration in mp3 format for you to download and listen too. New oobe narrations are updated regularly.

The statistic section shows almost a good year of data from 4/2005 to present of my oobe stats. You can find the detailed tracking and up to date information on the following:

In the audio/video section I was lucky three times to video tape and capture the facial and physical body expressions during the oobe while sleeping. It wasn't easy and took many years to achieve, but well worth the time invested.

Along with the audio part, next Monday, a excellent in-depth interview discussion with my friend Ralph V. We cover discussions on religion, spirituality, and the out of body experience. I had the opportunity to spend many hours with Ralph in a interview to discuss the positive use of dreams / oobe used as a legitimate Christian tool.

And of course, who can forget the resources - web link section. Definitely check out my friend Michael (Mendel) web site. So much excellent information on soul retrievals, oobe's and a great person.

Not too mention Dannion Brinkley, Anne Varnes, and of course, Robert Bruce.

Now, for the fun part - to release the web site and have the public stress test it..:) If you find ANY problems, spelling errors,grammer on the main web site ( except the journals) please let me know so I can correct. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Nice to see ya back!

I finally added the touches to the site with my friend Ralph and I discussing the Out Of Body Experience, Astral Projection , and Religion. The audio mp3 file is finally on the site and available. Its a excellent information piece and how we all find God, bible scriptures about dreams / alternate consciousness being a legitimate christian tool and more! Believe it or not, its under 60minutes (I had to really refrain from talking).

I do however, like to know how the site looks, reads, layout, and use of navigation. Give me a better way to develop and make it easier. Also, catch those mis-spelled words..:)

The site is very interesting, definitely lots of information and experiences to read!

The one big advice I have for you, however, is to make the contents of the word documents directly accessible on the site, rather than simply providing the files for download.

With that said, I have a big assignment due tomorrow that I just found out about, so I'll get to that first. I'll help you with spelling and such once I'm done.

Either way, I thought about the id/pass and it gives me a better idea who's visiting the site, a little more control and I like communicating with the individual.  If I supply a .zip file with all the documents in one file, then there's not that separation of year/month. Also, each journal people can read individual and not worry about download time. The grammar and spelling in the journals, I am not too concerned with.

I thought about that and at one time I actually used both formats. The only problem is that anytime I had found an error with the document, I would have to update it in both locations which means double work. Having it in one format makes it easier to track,edit and not have worry if this or that document was updated.

I appreciate the information and will consider this if a huge request comes through. For now, I leave it the format that its in for everyone to enjoy.

Your site looks great, so far! I like the contrasting text and background color -- makes it easier on bad eyes!  

If I read you right, you and Katie are about to be parents? Has that happened yet?   That could derail your astral journeys for a bit!  

One question: what is soul retrieval? Don't know if this is the appropriate place for the question; if not let me know and I will start a new thread or pm you -- your preference.

By the way, welcome back! I was beginning to get worried. You are one of a few folks on this board with a serious interest in this stuff and comments worth reading!

When I first started working on the site with pictures where the colors reside now, I felt no justice with any picture used. I tried using black/white/grey colors and it gave the site a dark feel and no character. It wasn't until last week I asked myself "what are the colors of the chakras'?. So I downloaded a image of the seven force centers and applied the colors to each section. Ironically, there are seven menu sections to the site too - how beautiful can that be and luck too!

My wife and I will be adopting a baby from China sometime next spring in 2007. We are definitely looking forward to this additional in our home. I will be nervous, scarred, joyfull, happy, caring, loving and with all new emotions with a child. I gave this great thought about the out of body experience and how my time will be limited. My thoughts are if we sleep, we can project. The nice thing about having a a baby and it waking you up at different times will work beautifully like the alarm clock method.

I feel that this will open my heart chakra and teach me further in my journal with the oobe. How to love, deeper within and raise my higherself into the beautiful higher astral realms. So much to learn from a child and helping it grow and giving them a good life.

Soul Retrieval is when you assist people that have passed from physical into the astral. You help them by caring, teaching, educating the person that they are have been reborn into the astral and no longer have a physical body. During this process, you shift the persons awareness and guides, helpers will usually step in from there. I've on many occasions done this and its a good feeling and rewarding.

The AS member you really want to talk with is Mendel. He does soul retrieval all the time and is an expert at it. The author Bruce Moen you might have heard of him, explain this further in detail.

WHy?  it was written by a high level psychic, not someone who researches others work and self proclaims expert status from having a bunch of OBE;s.  Not claimg David Warner does that by any means but many authors do.

There are a lot of excellent resources out there on out-of-body experiences,research, spritual and so fourth. It's nice to see the community really opening up and giving of themsheves to help others better understand. My site is a reference point just like Jerry's, Robert Bruce, Astral Pulse, Robert Peterson that this information can be shared and learned from.

It does not matter what level of degree if you are a beginner or a expert at the out-of-body experience. What matters is helping others better understand, to be open, and connect with each other on both sides. Remember, its not who knows MORE, or who doesn't. It's what is to be shared and cared for as a whole.
