Trapped?

I have never been in the Astral plane. However this one time, after use the rope technique, I ended up in a room I couldn't get out of, was it a lucid dream, or is it a common problem?

If youre in the astral, you should be able to go right through walls and doors.. If you are having a lucid dream, you are in control of everything, you could just imagine a door behind you and walk through it.

That's what I thought, but I was trapped! I didn't think escaping at first because it was very cool to be in control of myself while I was sleeping, but as soon as I tried to get out I couldn't! And after that I don't know what happened, I guess I fell asleep...

Thats what happens to me most of the time is that I lose lucidity and end up falling asleep, then they just turn into a dream..

This is true, but also remember that belief will affect this. I tried going through my bedroom door, but bounced off it instead.

If ever in doubt, you can always just place the intention to return to your body. It always works for me.
