Difficulty Moving in OBE and Intense Pain

Well, I still haven't progressed passed the baby steps in my willed OBE's. Like always, I have difficulty just moving around after I exit, but looking at the bright side ---> yesterday morning I willed myself to an OBE after like a year of not being able to.

I was having a dream, and slipped into lucidity. I then tried to OBE, but I couldn't make it out for some reason. Woke up right after, but I kept my eyes closed and stayed in my bed without moving. Soon after that I focused on my intent and willed myself to an OBE. I don't know how quite to explain this, but I "feel" my intent, it's like a feeling and emotion all in one, and when I focused on it and acted on it, I noticed it was really easy to get out of my body. Did that make any sense?

When I got out, I noticed I was floating above my bed. I wanted to fly up, and go outside my house. I was moving really slow though, and after a few seconds I could hear the birds chirping outside! I wanted to go faster, but then something wierd happened. It looked like I was moving faster, but I could tell I really wasn't. Don't know what that's all about...

Then, soon after this, I started getting a burning sensation of what I thought was the left side of my behind.......heh
It was getting hotter and hotter, to the point I couldn't concentrate due to the irritation it was causing. I tried to turn left, but I just couldn't do it, so I  decided to go back to my body.

After I got back, I tried to OBE again. Almost made it out too, but for some reason, instead of exiting, I was stuck in my body. Then I noticed the burning sensation again, but this time it was at the base of physical bodies spine. I also felt what was like a pulsating orb where the burning was. I focused on it and the pulsating burning sensation grew stronger. I mean, it was really horrid, it became burning and stinging. I moved my focus along the back of my spine all the way up to my neck, and noticed different points along the spine where the pulsating would go away, then as I moved further up, the pulsating orb would come back, and the whole time there was that pain, and the pain would get worse everytime I felt the pulsating orb sensation. Does anyone know what this is.......
