Or is it the other way around. So far I've had 2 within a month but like with ALL my dreams they're murky and hardly vivid. It's odd though, during the dream I can't see anything then I would want to project. Within seconds I'd do so and when I "exit" I float out of my room then it ends.

Starting to believe it's just my desire to want to project that created the imitation. Although Frank said something about how astral projections turn into "dreams" if you become less aware or whatever.

This is the only progress I've been making so far. I'm also going to buy B6 vitamins (100 mg or 250?) to make my dreams more vivid, I'm sick of them being barely visible. Whenever they are vivid I become lucid instantly.

This is my first post in months? I bought John Magnus's Astral Projection and nature of reality and Monroe's Out Of Body experiences recently. I'm also getting Robert Bruce's Mastering astral projection in 90 days soon.

See my post here about the relationship between dreams and the astral. I'm not being dismissive of your question, I had just typed this large post out and feel it would be relevant here too.

I will say that you seem to be on the right track. You seem to have the right amount of dedication, now just stick with regular practises and incorporate what you can from all those books, and you'll be in the astral eventually. Just don't give up, it can seem like you're making no progress at times, but rest assured you're always getting closer as long as you keep working at it.

Eyyoshi, as with AlanRK, I'm definitely gonna say that you're on the right track.  You're asking all the right questions as far as I'm concerned.  :)

I've stated this before... "dreams" as we humans don't exist.  There is no such thing as "just a dream".
In my opinion, they're all "non-physical experiences with varying levels of conscious awareness".
