Title: Does you body position matter?
Post by: _xander_ on November 11, 2014, 15:46:29
I can't sleep on my back even if I am super tired and want to pass out, I am only able to sleep on my tummy. Can this effect projection?

The only caveat is that you're comfortable.

If you can be comfortable standing on your head, then you can project like that.  :)

I have yet to see Xanth stand on his head for projection.  I have waited several years so far for this.... I will be in Toronto briefly this summer ... or it may be Montreal I'm not sure yet.

I'd have to drain the blood out of my body first...  :)

haha nope it doesn't matter at all!!!!

Whatever you find comfortable.

I once woke up from a projection to find one hand stuffed uncomfortably under my head while sitting on one leg!

You need to strike a balance between positions. I mean, if you fall asleep too fast in one then swap it for one that takes you a little longer. Thinking about what I just typed there it depends on what technique your'e using.

I use Michael Ruduga's Indirect Phasing method to great success so it doesn't matter at ALL what body position it is. in fact, the faster u go to sleep the better for that method haha

Hey, if you want to try sleeping on your back, try to pretend your'e on your tummy while on your back. I find that helps me sleep on my back.
