Hey, guys! This morning I had my first AP experience, but I think it was a dream.

I found my self on a space ship, the captain said, "He wanted me to investigate the are buy having an OBE, and looking around. I was in my early 60s. He also spoke to another man around the same age as me. He had a creature that produced Sleep Paralysis if he where to get licked by it. I then told the captain that I can use Astral Projection to contact the military on earth and tell them of our situation. He then said no and asked me to see if there where any dangers aboard the ship. So I laid down, then I decided to ignore his orders and AP anyway. There where two beds with Heart beat monitors hooked up to them. After a while I began to see strange planets and galaxies whizzing buy. I then found my self looking at a planet with a palm tree and a ocean. After that I found my self at earth watching a movie. It was the year 2020, it felt like I went back in time. I then ended the AP and had a vision that there was a strange creature aboard the ship. That was locked away in a dark room. The older guy that was having an OBE was still asleep at the time. Later on the crew went looking around and ran in to that strange creature. I was shocked that the captain didn't warn the crew about it. I then told them what the captain had done and everyone seemed really angry with him.

That's all there was. This might of been a dream or it might not of been. Idnk about this. I need some Advice. I felt vibrations in the Dream and upon waking up in real life.

Details I missed:

While I was AP on the spaceship I realized what hallucinations where and began to have them after I closed my eyes.

Well I'll commend you on your practice. The more you consistently train, the more you will find that you consistently have vivid and radical dreams.

I, personally, can't tell you the last time I attempted to sleep or nap and wasn't bothered. You begin to sleep on your side, because you actually want sleep  :-P  If you are practicing before you go to bed. Then I would venture to say this is the case. It's like your prepping your mind. If you havn't tried a drowsy morning exit yet, I would give it a shot now. Most of my full fledged projections come from this method. Not the before the bed thing. That's rare. It doesn't really work like that. You gotta eat your dessert after your dinner.  :-P

Cheers,
