Can yall tell me a little about the book "Astral Dynamics A New Approach to OBE" I have quick access to buy it however the owner of the store "local  psychic" tells me its not too helpful as he himself has had unfavorible results so anyone that has read the book, is it worth the money? And if you could, please tell me what it actually covers like exit techs, relaxation, energy loosening ect..?

It is an almost encyclopedic book about all elements of Astral Projection.
It's broken up in six Parts, six to eight chapters each, and each one goes into a different aspect of it.
For example
Part one-Goes into Dimensional theory, perception theory, mind-split and other perceptile phenomena.
Part two- Goes into Body Awareness and energy work, and how it helps AP
Part three- Goes into meditative practices as used to help with AP.
Part four-Goes into projection techniques and some instructions after the projection itself.
Part five-Talks more about the Astral planes, and theory about theosophical materials, like the Akasha, Etheric body, silver cord, Akashic Pulse, etc.
Part six- Goes into Astral phenomena- like all the weird stuff you may experience while going to the astral planes and some basic self-defense.

I liked Astral Dynamics because of the amount of information in it, but I liked Mastering Astral Projection more as a manual, because of the concise instructions on how to do things in it.  So if you want it for the info go for it, if you want something step-by step I recommend MAP, which comes in two versions, CD or book.

Thanks, I am actually looking for more of a manual and i'll take in consideraton MAP as he also has that, I'll make another thread in a few days to list a few books and maybe a few cds as he expects a shipment of astral/obe related books and cds this week.
