Does smoking marijuana affect astral projection?

Everybody reacts differently but here is what I can say for myself. Since I've started meditation and energy work I don't like smoking anymore, and have since quit. I get way too high off of just two very small hits whereas before it would take me about 2 bowls to get toasty. I would only assume it wouldn't be very easy to project after smoking with the way your thoughts become. Not to mention the short term memory problems.

• Do you take drugs, medication, or drink to produce the OBE?
No! – Any kind of chemical that one consumes to alter ones consciousness can interfere with having an OBE. It takes a great amount of energy to control, focus, and sustain the level of awareness required when exiting the body and exploring the astral worlds.
Drugs will just slow your reaction time, cloud your memory, and present inaccurate visions. It is also noteworthy to mention that it affects your physical body, which is not good for intake.
Can you recieve visions, OBEs by smoking pot "yes" but you are not at your full strength and mental capacity to really focus on your goal, objective with the energy it takes to control the obe.
I know from experience and have tested this and being sober is way better than unfocused.
