I have posted about an entity that has been attached to me for 3 years now.
I have posted about having intense vibrations and now I've learned I may
have been in the 3d black void and I've been there a few times.
I've also posted about my lucid dreams. I feel like I'm so, so close to where I
want to be. I much rather jump from 3d void to focus 3, as Frank Keeple claims.

The other night I was listening to the iso-tones I down loaded , the astral projection.
I went to sleep and woke to a roaring in my ear. I thought it was the entity, but soon learned
it was the vibrations and roaring, however, I still thought the entity was involved. I was also
having sleep paralysis, something I have not experienced in all of this.

So, I'm kind of curious, will I skip grades and go to focus three or will I have the vibrations, lift
out and experience focus 1 or will I always just be teased and remain with lucid dreams only?

Don't get me wrong, I greatly appreciate my lucid dreams. Even though Frank says it's a waste
of time, I would like to experience RTZ/focus 1. I much rather jump to focus 3, that sounds awesome.

Ok, that's all, tell me what you think.

The Present Moment

These are all good signs, and if I were you I would keep practicing. I haven't seen F3 myself so I can't give you much advice in that regard. IIRC, Frank said that you can go from a lucid dream to F3 by becoming objective about the emotions fueling the dream, then use the "slat effect" (I never understood that) to detune the dream environment.

It's not really a "jump", more like turning around.  :)

You've got a small problem here... you're now expecting there to be an "entity".  You've now moved into a realm of thinking that the sounds you're hearing could be caused by this "entity".  Guess what you're going to see now when you get "out"?  Yup, an entity.

Drop your expectations.  :)
Gain a hold on your thoughts and emotions.
Don't think ANYTHING... this is the VERY hard part about projection.  If you think, even in a passing thought, "oh that was probably the entity"... well, it WILL be then, because you just created the thought that provided the fuel for what manifests around you.  Get my drift?  :)

Hard to say really.  It'll be whatever is on your mind probably.

If you have lucid dreams often, you should think about using those as leap pads to projection... as I do.
You should experience it all.  Frank only thought the Focus 1 projection was a waste of time due to personal choice.
If you feel that you'd like to experience it, by all means, do so.  :)

I don't or didn't expect the entity to be there, yeah, I thought about it and
I know the power of thought in the astral and that's why I know it's going to
be awesome, whether it's focus one or 3 or whatever.

The entity always approaches me in real life. It sometimes approaches me
in my lucid dreams, about 1 in every 10 to 15 lucid dreams, which is not too
bad, so, I don't have any expectations on when it will show up, except
in real life, it will show up and not because I think it will, because I don't give it
that much thought any more. It's just something I've learned to live with.
I actually think it's a djinn, but who knows.

The bottom line is I know the power of positive thinking and I'm good with that.
This thing is always at my back, even in my lucid dreams. It won't show it's face.
I'm not afraid of it, not in this realm and not in the astral.

You thought about it.  That's all it takes.

Djinns, along with every other mythical creature, only exists in the minds of those who believe.

And do you realize the power of negative thinking too?
Humanity's collective negative thoughts have created the power for all these mythical creatures.

Next time you 'sense' it around while in the nonphysical... call it out.
This is a self-created fear of yours that you need to deal with head on.  It can't hurt you... stay safe with that knowledge.

personalreality

you can't just dismiss something because it only happens in your mind.  if, as you say, that reality is possibly composed of consciousness, then we are all basically in our minds.  i get what you're saying and doing, but just telling someone who's having an overwhelming experience that something isn't real because you said so probably won't help them get around it.  at the same time, indulging in the fantasy could exacerbate the problem.  but, maybe that "phantom" is a representation of a mental block, a psychological program in the mind that needs to be confronted.  the point is that humans are very very symbolic and metaphorical creatures.  we personify things so that we can grasp and interact with them.  maybe it is necessary in the healing of a shattered ego to accept these experiences and work through them instead of denying them.

this is what my blog post about the shadow self was about.  denying these representations buries them deeper.  confronting them and acknowledging them heals and re-integrates them.
be awesome.
