I had one ET experience last November. I projected, met up with a guide blacked out and regained consciousness by the side of two little grey fellows. At first i didnt think they knew i was there because they didnt seem to acknowledge my presance, they were busy doing something in front of some kind of computer without a moniter. I said to myself that i would just sit back and observe what they were doing since i didnt think they knew i was there and upon that thought one of them popped up out of the chair and came up to me. He shook my hand and said somethings that were basically introductory, it wasnt really words that were said more like feelings. He/she/it seemed rather pleasant not the typical scary abduction protrayed in movies.

Over the years I too have had contact in various realms including the Astral.  The ships I've seen have also been varied and have been distinctly unique to the race using them.  Also, I have seen the huge triangular one's, there was an Amarda of them heading towards Earth back in 1999.

These ones were huge, they carried inside them decks of smaller Triangle ships that have been reported here on Earth as being 'miles across'.  I find that an indication of the fact that the Carrier ships must be enormous.

As many different ships that I have seen and explored inside, are just as many contacts with the occupants.  There are many types around us now.

The last contact I had was in September last year and I posted it in the forum under the title "Somethin Very Different !!!!!"   It described a projection/journey with a Guide to attend a meeting on board a ship we may refer to as a mother-ship.

I did wake once to see a small being in my bedroom standing in th edoor way looking at us sleeping. When I sat up and noticed him/her he imedietly reacted suprised to my seeing him and waked forward and disolved right before my eyes. I woke up again a few hours later to the exect same event.
He looked like a grey, but color may have been different.

Or, as some scientist think, there exists at level of Mohorovic's layer (over Mantus layer and beneath crustal layer), something like a gruyère cheese structure, with bigger hollow cavities filled with liquids and gases ?
A book from Robin Cook (author of bestsellers like "Coma", "Virus", "Mutation"), titled "Abduction", plays with the concept of Mohorovic's layer. Argument of such a book, refers the abduction of a oceanographic team by inhabitants of a subterranean realm called "Interterra". Inhabitants with a huge technological power.
A contemporary explorer called Karl Brugger at one of his books titled "The Akakor Chronicle" speaks about the "Amazon's Lost Cities", subterranean cities more exactly.
Can you speak about this subject ? Have you done explorations related with this subject ?

i dont understand why people think the grays are evil. About a year ago i met this person online that had a LOT of contact with them...she actually turned out to be one of them... and from all the information i got from her they seem nice. Why do people hate them so much?

Not particularly into the UFO/Alien thing, but if I recall correctly, it has to do with people saying that the grays are the ones that do the abductions and experiments w/o consent.

Tayesin:  I located and read that thread you pointed out.  Very interesting stuff!  However, I have a question regarding a comment you made there:

OK, March is about over and done...where's this "something" that is supposed to allow us to see things clearly?  Have I missed it?  Thanks!

I was wondering how many of you have had experiences with and sightings of Et's and Space ships while Astral projecting.
I have seen so many ships in so many different experiences it is amazing. I believe that they are all around us in other dimensions.
I have literally popped out of body, gone outside and then consciously projected myself into another dimension, then bang they are there.
I have seen many different shaped ships, but a lot of the large triangular ones.
I have also been mildly harassed at times by black multidimensional helicopters. At first I was very alarmed by them, but I moved beyond it and kind of laughed at them. I have not seen them for a while now.
I believe these lower tech (compared to the space ships) are form our government. I have heard form others about these after I had the experiences. They just pop in sometimes after I am oob. I wonder if they have a way of detecting dimensional shifts from our 3 d plane. I was told of this by someone else who is a very gifted telepath before I told them any details.
Some of these helicopters are small like large model remote control helicopters.
Have any of you had experiences with these or other ET experiences. I can post more detailed ones if any interest.
