Just would like to share this for people thoughts as i am baffled. From my diary..
'Following a previous encounter i now am fairly sure that it is between asleep and waking up. I have felt body paralysis and that I had 2 mouths, speaking with one but the sound trying to come out of another so I think i was projecting but floating in my body.
This time I wasnt afriad like the other times - it did not feel like an attack. Heres why.
Whilst laid in this state - I think of it as the etheric. I saw a perfect miniature half-rainbow. If I had to put a measurement on it, it was less then 1cm across. It was HD and the colours were very vivid.
Then I saw a small load of dots (about cm) that seem to move constantly folding in on itself repeatedly. This mulitplied covered the whole of my sight, the whole of my mind. It was like I was seeing inside my mind.
There was a high pitched noise - rather like that you would think of as a data transfer noise, like the old modems. It filled my head and it was too loud. The colours were too bright. It was overloading my senses - so to speak.
I felt what i would describe as wave, like sound, coming from above and hitting me. Though these waves were so huge they were physically (in a mannar of speaking) interacting with me and pushing me down onto the bed. The waves were so close together it was almost a constant force.
I immediately thought it was like a data download. I tried to let it continue but it was to much. I spoke (tried) though even tried to push my thoughts up to where it was coming from 'please, stop. its too much!'.
A short while and it did.
I left the bed and went to the window. It wasnt my room and the sky was replaced by the underside of a huge space ship..(Yeah i know, I am open minded about this, - but I dont take the whole space/alien thing at all in my current list of possibilities and have never dreamed about it before).
I ran outside and I heard a voice saying it was sorry. The ship, now 3, looked alot smaller, though still took most half of the sky, looked like it was about to leave. i turned round and suddenly it was daylight and what I would class my normal dream images started to appear.
I began to lose the clarity and forget what just happened and I slipped back into my normal dreams.
I then woke up (properly) and laid awake for 2 hours - no way could I sleep after that - I was to awestruck. What was weird was that I continued to see a vivid colour full rainbow of varying sizes for those 2 hours I was awake. THey came and went. Red, orange,yellow, green, blue, purple. i could make out all the colours and several times the yellow and green stood out brighter then the rest.
So, I spent 2 hours laying there watching rainbows lol!
I was wondering, if it was a download of sorts, maybe before hand i was able to accept or process the information. Hence why all i felt was a tremendous force and engery blasted into me.
This time maybe the sound and lights where the info that I was accepting? Though putting my thoughts out there :)
In my interpretation, as concieved immediately after reading what you posted, is, "Don't worry too much about other worldly realms. There is plenty of activity and adventure waiting for you in your own world. Just focus on being happy, and remember, we can overwhelm ordinary minds... unless we help them to see and hear. It's part of communication."
