When I was a kid I loved The Secret Garden, so much so I would go to bed and hope with all my heart that I could go there in my dreams. Sometimes I did and sometimes I was convinced I was really there and I would wake up thinking about it and I would think about it all day long until I went to sleep again.
Now I realise that it was real, to me. I created the place in my head and I wanted to go there so much I created it and went there and that's why it was so real. I believed it.
That's why being a kid is so great, because there is no definition between 'reality' and 'imagination' until its practically kicked out of us by our parents, school and TV amoungst other soul crushing influences.
Damn modern society! I want my dreams back!

I have been trying to go through the back of my wardrobe for some months now.  I am hoping to reach Narnia (the magical place in the C S Lewis books).  In the first book, "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe", the children stumble across Narnia via the wardrobe.

However, most times I've tried, I either get caught up with clothes or I just can't penetrate the back panel.  There was once I did manage it, but I couldn't see and as soon as I'd had that thought, I was back in my body.

I'd love to meet Mr Tumnus, The White Witch and Aslan.  And I know that if I do manage to get through and not get too excited, I'll end up there (because I expect to).  I am determined to do it.

Has anyone gone anywhere like this?

We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.
