ok so i remember when i was like 13 years old , i used to have sleep paralysis frequently , and most of them was really scary. i had sleep paralysis for 1 years almost every night ( Got used to it now :wink: ) but some experiences were really weird . so here it the most scary one ive had : i was in a dream , i was in the kitchen of my grand mother and i was looking for something to drink in the fridge , i took some juice then i turned around , i saw a portal in a wall with some kind of person coming out of it , he was looking at me with a creepy devilish smile ( it was reeeaaalllly scary ) the weird part is that this evil being looked exactly like my cousin . ok so what happen is , i tried to flee away from him but then he paralysed me and laughed hard . then i woke up paralysed in my bed ( from the dream ) and he was here in my bedroom ( let me remind you that he was in a dream at my gramas house and he followed while i woke in sleep paralysis) and he was laughing harder but seconds later i woke up terrified ! so basicly he came in my dream to get me in sleep paralysis . i also had the same kind of dream/sleep paralysis but it was with my mother and she was evil too .
does anyone know the meaning of this , why did they took familiar faces to scare me and if its really possible for an entity to drag you into sleep paralysis from a dream ? ( sorry for my bad english im french )
Bonjour Jayzan, Welcome. First of all let me tell you what sleep paralysis is. When we are in dream state parts of the body go into paralysis naturally, to stop us thrashing about when we are dreaming of running etc. Your bad experiences are nothing to do with your mother or cousin, they are your own fears being manifested in 'dreamstuff'. Spend some time in reading many posts on this website, do searches for what you want to know. Learn the techniques of astral projection, meditation etc.

from, a kid who goes through exactly what you do and from a person coming with a relationship with God,.. that was most likely a demon,.. demons do that to me often... my big cousin travion just passed recently.. and i saw him in a astral projection,/dream he was himself,.. but when he died they cut his dreads... his dreads were back and also his eyes were souless and black... his aura was malicious and when i spoke he didnt even look at me,.. sleep paralysis for me? has been and always will be nothing more than a physical attack on your body,... and the more fearful you are of them the more can happen... im not tryna preach at you because i dont know your background but stay strong and dont fear anything that bothers you,.. if anything take it as a compliment from God,.. the fact that demons have to attack you means they are realllllly scared of you,.. k? reply or message me if you wanna talk im open anytime
When I was a child I used to hallucinate very badly when coming out of dreams. Basically the same thing as you. When I had my first Intentional Astral Projection there was a man that was in a portal and invited me into it. He told me that the portal would take me out of my body and into the astral world. He was not evil. But i find it interesting that we have both seen these. Idk if this would be a demon you saw that is messing with you, or simply your imagination. I one time went into sleep paralysis after hearing a deep evil voice say "do exactly as I say. I couldn't look anywhere because my head couldn't move. but i felt a presence in my room. I didnt let it slow me down. I haven't had a scary experience since then. Its probably your imagination, but I do believe in the existence of demons. so that's a possibility
once i had a dream where a cyborg which was sent by alien grays crushed my bones :x
