Can you have OBE and see nothing?

Well I think I had ...

Last night I was tired after a soccer game, I went straight to bed without meditation. I just wanted to sleep right away. However, in the middle of the night I kept waking up. I tried to feel conscious and award that I'm sleeping, so that I can astral project, but nothing worked. I was really exhausted, so I decided to sleep on my right side and put the blanket on my head. Few minutes later, I think I felt a shift, separation, or something like that. I felt my head moving from under the blanket. When it got out I saw nothing, but darkness around me.

I think I saw hands coming toward me that were glowing and blurred. Nothing was clear at all. I thought to myself it is just better to end this since I can't see well, so I woke up. I think I could have stayed longer If I wanted, I wasn't that scared or excited.

Now why was I blind, or why was everything so dark?

You shouldn't have ended it! Sometimes you separate and you're blind but vision can come to you. This is pretty common. Don't be scared of the dark! LOL

Actually, I experienced blindness/darkness in my last OOBE. A technique for bringing about vision is described here:

I noticed I only get those OBEs every Monday in the morning, I wonder why ?

Maybe you are unknowingly doing something right that leads to having OOBEs Monday morning. See what works for you! Congrats on the experience though. Stay out as much as possible next time and calmly wish for vision while rubbing your hands. Believe it will come. Don't panic if you don't get it straight away. Good luck!

Indeed you can project but with no vision. Next time that happens just scream out demanding vision. It should come.

Yeah i've OBE'd without vision before.  Just kept thinking clarity now clarity now. it should come. Just dont open your eyes like I did the last time..
