I get these INTENSE CRAZY LOUD vibrations whenever i dream. Usually it is associated with dream paralysis. I would be able to feel myself fully conscious and aware that i am unable to move. I am feeling these vibrations at the same time. I have no idea what's going on with me when i dream. I don't understand it at all. Most of the time i get really scared, and I put all my effort into getting out of that dream.

I have that when waking up from most of my lucid dreams, it isn't a dream. Don't panic and it will go away quickly, or if you want you can try to get out.

KinLong

Yea, I try to get out by trying to move my head or hands, but its very difficult.  At one point I had like 5 of those experiences all together.  Because when I woke up, I was so tired, I'd fall back asleep and experience it again right away.  At one point, I had to open my windowblinds and window to wake up fully before going back to sleep.

What exactly are these vibrations.  Does anyone know?

Just imagine yourself moving out of your body...maybe it'll work and you'll have an obe ;)

In any case let us about your progress.

I don't get those when I dream but when I relax and try to obe or after a lucid dream tryong to get out of my physical body.  At first it was pretty scary, but now I just feel excited when they come because they don't come that often and I know that for me, those vibrations mean that I'm almost about to leave the physical body.  So my suggestion is, treat them as your friends, not your enemy.

u know.  I always affiliate these vibrations with nightmares.  I bet if I begin to think about OBE, and like you guys said, start accepting it and relaxing, it might be pretty cool :-P  But it'll definitely need some getting used to.  I'm 19 right now, and I've been having these since I was in kindergarten.

I don't think there's nothing to be afraid of. It's been many years now, so you should be already used to it.  Just go along with the vibes and I guarentee you that OBE is very near.

generally when I get the vibrations and try to leave i cant, but I just say to myself "ok... come on... i should project soon" and wait for them to stop and focus on leaving.  The moment they go away I am free from my body.  I would wait them out, I know they can be extreme, but I have never projected during vibrations, only after letting them take their toll.

I suggest you try to ignore them as much as possible.  But that to a certain extant.  If they are too violent, you should try to exit when they are at a bearable stage at which you can ignore.  From this point use a method to get out.  If those vibrations happen to you every night then I'd say you're lucky because you'll have for sure at least one try to get out while those vibes are happening.

I have been getting these vibrations on and off for a few years now, sometimes as I wake up from a dream/meditation session (I meditate lying down and often can't tell if I have slept or not), occasionally in a vivid dream. Like KinLong I find them scary but realise that they are the gateway to the other side. Any advice for (finally it's about time sort of thing...) crossing over?

I had a dream paralysis that resulted in hearing something psychically. O.O; It was really weird. I heard this loud scary sound like a duck call, and it got faster and faster. The next day, one of my friends that I did not tell about the experience starts bragging about how good her duck calls are, and she did it the exact way I heard it. Creepy...

Vibrations sound creepier though. I tweak sometimes after being in paralysis, but I have never had vibrations. (Except one time when I fell asleep in a vibrating chair. Yursh...... is was comfy... ^^; I love that chair.)
