I tried to do a conscious projection last night, I had my physical body asleep/numb.
Not sure but mentally, I got an image a person on a bed and getting ready to exit, surely, I could feel there astral body more, I don't know how to explain it, But I could feel it. I seen lot's of images in my third eyes, Very vivid. I decided to stop after some times. I heard like 2 knocks on my wall, 50% chance it was physical explanation, 50% it was something out of this reality. So, I mentally said, I do not fear, I am not scared. I turned on my TV and I heard a man say "Oh, Shutup". I did not give a reply, I ignored and carried on watching TV.

Well i can only assume that you reacted in a very positive way mentally.I for one would have crapped my pants from the fear (non literal term).Fear is one thing that i just have not conquered completely yet.I know that one day i will confront my fears and conquer them.
