lol, yes i decided to change the topic name, well after 3 months of attemping to AP and 3 months of intense moaning about not being able to on here, last night i finally had my first experiance, didnt really start off in the nicest way though.
There, I was, having a dream about some random thing which i cant really remember. I was in some kind of factory with these huge pressing and chopping machines, i was working with a person ive never seen before, but i just 'knew' they were my friend, when he slipped and fell into one of these machines, blood was spraying everywhere, and i stuck my hand in to pull him out, only to get a very real and detailed shock when my hand was literally ripped straight off.
This was one of those dreams which you think is real, until I realised that 'oh my god, this cant be happening to me' which is a natural human instinct at these times, luckily, it wasnt happening to me and this realisation made me wake up quite suddenly, but i couldnt move.
I looked over to see my clock and see what time it was, only to realise my clock had dissappeared, so i looked around for it and then gained the ability to move very slowly, so i rolled over, only to realise i couldnt feel my bed beneath me, i looked around and saw my dam clock was 2 metres below me and i was floating over my bed!
As you can imagine this hit me like a sack of sh*t and i quickly literally fell back into my body, short anc crap, but man am i happy, hopefully more to come, thanks to all who helped me in my quest to AP, woo!
Well done! Sounds like a very typical RTZ OBE. My new official reaction to RTZ OBEs in the first few seconds is "RUN FROM YOUR BODY NOW!!!!!" :lol: Next time try to get as far from your body as you can and you wont get sucked back in so fast. They key in the RTZ is to keep moving and talk to yourself out loud the WHOLE TIME. This keeps you focused on what is around you and on the experience and prolongs your projection. Keep up the good work! I am sure more OBE's are just around the corner.
Cheers for the advice knightlight, i'll try the running away thing, I was just so surprised to realise the alarm clock that is normally next to my head was two metres below me, man it was exhilirating afterwards, i was just gettin ticked off wondering why i didnt try and stay in it. I'll try the talking out loud thing to. cheers.

lol, my wot a fitting emoticon thing. Yeh im gonna do a runner next time, then probably think of something thats gonna scare the crap out of me then end up in my bed, all ticked off. ah well, theres gonna be a learning curve, but its pretty dam encouraging for me, woo!
Well, you shouldn't think of things you shouldn't think about when out, lol. :smile: Whenever afraid, I suggest doing it by day, even your own fantasies won't be able to scare you in the daylight!
Ah yes, I remember my first RTZ projection I had like 3 weeks ago. Seriously, when it was happening, I must have been feeling every single feeling I've ever felt in my life when I realized I was separating and that it was really happening.

lol, i wouldn't run... Just think of another demension, planet, o a far away land, or anothe time period and u will be there in the blink of an eye. Happy thinking...
