Hello! I'm new here and I want to share my first OBE experience. After some vibrations and noise during a few months I finally managed to project even if it wasn't too long.
Yesterday afternoon I was laying on my bed, pretty tired, but i didn't want to sleep. Though, it happened. In the first place, I had a dream. Something like mom sent me to buy some stuff and when I get out of shop I stopped in the middle of the street and wondering: "why isn't cold outside..it's November..and why for god's sake am I wearing only some shorts and a shirt"(which i usually wear only at home).
Then i said "i need to go home faster, before anybody sees me". Then i started to run, but it was actually like flying very fast 5 feet from the ground.
Then I found myself in bed, feeling very strong vibrations, but not entirely awake. I realised what's happening and said"i will project..i can project". Then it happened: I just started to lift from my body, opened my eyes and saw my room enlightened very strong. I wanted to lift more, but it was like I was pushed back into my body...then I heard a dog barking and the light faded out, then suddenly i woke up, unable to move for like 30 seconds. I can't wait for this to happen again and hope it'll last longer.
PS: please excuse my bad English but I'm not a native speaker..hope you understand what happened and give me some tips and advice
Well done and welcome to the pulse.
Understood you just fine :-)
That's cool that you had your first experience. I had my first just a couple of weeks ago.
Contrats and good luck with future experiences!
Hallo knitweeler
Yes, congrats. That was well done. And your written English Is just fine btw.
The physical body exerts a very strong pull on the astral body (or double body or projected body). So it helps to try to get at least 20 feet away from the physical body during an OBE.
It also helps to plan out in advance some type of activity or goal for the next OBE. Some examples of this could be visiting a nearby friend, observing that actions of a family member in the physical world or perhaps flying outdoors.
Cheers :-)
