Hi All,

I've always been interested in astral projection but have never really looked into trying it. The other day I found this site and read some techniques on how to get started. Last night I had my first flying dream ever (at least that i can remember). I dreamt that I was flying over a field that had many flowers and the field had mountains on either side. all the colors were very vibrant. I was wondering if this was a projection or wishful thinking. any feedback is very much appreciated. thanks

I dont think that it was actally AP but flying dreams are very enjoyable :grin:

If you were dreaming, but knew that you were dreaming during it, then it is called a lucid dream (which is good because you can use this as a stepping stone to astral projection). However, it sounds like it was just a normal (or maybe vivid) dream.
