pain during projecting.

today, august 9 somewhere in the evening i try to project. So far i have been able to reach sleep paralyze two times. But was not able to project due to the weird feeling i got when i reach sleep paralyze.

really i couldn't move, i couldn't feel the vibration. i just have a weird feeling, it was like eclectic running from my left shoulder to my waist. before the sleep paralyze i could feel the vibration and i think i had a dream too.

i dream (i think i was fully in control) that there an item, very bright and no one was allow to touch it. But i try to touch it and the voice said "do not touch it u will be curse forever (right then i realize, "why did i thought of that, no way, i'm not gonna use that") but then i told myself too late, i touch it. And then we were line up in rows, male with male, female with female. And then sudden, a man said "what u are doing is dangerous"(and then i think i lost control there or somewhere). then sleep paralyze kicks in.

i couldn't move, but i sense another body with the same function was moving in turn of my physical body. i open my eyes, i suspect it was the third eyes that i open (because when i wake i had a sense that i didn't open my eyes at all) and i see the wall before me (closet and door). But both on my side, left and right there were two almost invisible blurriness like something was there. i then notices that above me there a little shadow a little tip like a line keep coming into my vision and out.

i took stuff i have learn and try to concentrate on the sound of buzzing. But as the buzzing increase, i feel like my ears was been fill and it hurts. But the pain wouldn't kill me. (the first time i reach sleep paralyze my chest was the pain, like the breathe was suck out and something pressing down on it. i couldn't feel weight though.)

from the start to the end i have a feeling like a thin straight line was on my cheek from the lower of my middle left eyes to where the nose end.

this time the vibration didn't feel so good like it use to. i also too have a sense of feeling that there's someone else there too. the first time i didn't quite panic because i know right away what was going on, but as weird stuff keep happen i swallow and took myself out on the first time. the second which i explain here, pretty much panic me because i couldn't use the swallow technique to get due to the fact that my mouth was dry and my tongue was pretty much numb. The sound was the weirdest.

i couldn't get out, i start to panic but it wasn't fear i believe. i start praying to God, Jesus and Buddha and i got out.

was might be happening?
what should i do?
i wonder why did i keep sensing someone there, it might just be just my fear.
