HI! I'm new to this forum. It's been probably 2 months I've been trying to create an account, just recently found out when you send the verification email to you address ,@Hotmail.com doesn't work! I used @yahoo.com. Anyways I will explain to you my first projection possibly a lucid dream;
I was at my country house,I was lying down in my bed listening to some meditation music. I feel asleep, then got woken up briefly 20 minutes after by a strong Vibrations throughout my body. Once it finished,it felt like I jumped out of my body.It felt like i flew out of my body, I landed on the floor but it was hard to keep balance. I tried walking/gliding it took a few secounds to learn. I glided to my staircase.( I wanted to go see my parents that were watching T.V upstairs). And I wondered in my head if this was a dream or projection, and I went back in my body.
Can you tell me if this was a Lucid dream, or a Projection.
It as very hard to rember, and it only lasted a few minutes.
** My vision was very very poor, It was hard to focus. The first projection is blurry, like when you cant see far objects. It was hard to concentrate a little because this was my new cottage home and I wasn't familiar with the room I was in.

What was the general "feel" of the experience?
Can you remember anything more detailed about it?
I felt like It was more realer then my life I'm living right now, It's hard to explain... I felt much lighter then normal.

From your account of the experience, to me it seems like it WAS an Out of Body Experience. Very few people dream about floating about inside their house, (I never do). Your confusion is understandable. Next time this happens try the Affirmation "Clarity Now" to improve your vision.

Sweet, One thing.. Since I'm familiar with the feeling of leaving your body, do I just visualize it when I'm about to project? Will that be easier?
Instead of 'visualizing', I'd recommend 'remember how it feels'. 'Recreate'.
