Title: First Vibrations- finally progress ;)
Post by: Ben K on September 17, 2005, 18:42:38
So this morning i had to get up to go to work at 8. i got home about 11:30 and decided to take a nap and try to make some progress on phasing. So far ive been practicing once a day- at night before I go to bed. Usually I can make it to a light f10- some colors, sounds and "dream scapes" etc.

Well I became lucid in a dream and very quickly two things happened. 1) I started flying away from the dream, literally. It was like I was being swept back to my body. As soon as this happened I found myself in the 3d darkness. I was experiencing some intense vibrations and found that If i focused my "minds eye" on a spot in the blackness it would slowly evolve into a dream scenario. Also there was some sort of sound going on this whole time, sort of like wind rushing past my ears. Has anyone experienced this?

I did this once, then found myself back in the 3d blackness, with yet more vibrations. If i had been my "normal" self I would have indulged in experiencing these for the first time, but in my half-dream state I could not handle it. All of a sudden my head EC felt like it exploded, and I just gave up. I found myself back in my room, with slight tingles, but for the most part just groggy. I felt great that I had at least made progress, but I wished I would have kept going with the vibes.

So has anyone else experienced the vibrations or the "wind" sound? Just thought I would share my first experience with you guys, maybe it will help someone :)

Also, FYI I have been practicing for about 4 months now, if that gives you a timeframe ;)

Ben K,

Yes.. experienced both - the vibes and the wind. Next time, don't wait around, exit the body and get on with the experience. I know you are trying to phase but I think if you just spin out, roll onto the floor, and get experience behind it, then phasing will come next.

Keep up the good work.. were you using in music, meditation or just relaxing..?

Yeah right now i would roll with whatever experience I could manage, just at the time it felt so new and weird to me :) I suppose It will happen again and I will be able to control it more.

As for what I was doing, simply laying in my bed sleeping :P

Hi I would appreciate it if somebody could describe to me the feeling you get with the 'vibrations'.  I read someone described it as like fizzy drink under your skin, I've experienced something like that, I'm not sure about the vibrations though.  I read somewhere you know for sure when you get the vibrations.
I've also read a lot about phasing on this forum, is it supposed to be better way to learn to project than Astral Dynamics?

I cant remember much right now...but its sort of like someone attached an electrical taser to your chest and is running energy through your body. It changes sometimes, like I said i had a huge burst of energy in my head and then i said "screw it".

007,

I will do my best in describing what the vibrations feel like in sequence leading up to the astral projection.

Just the other morning on 9/18/2005 roughly at 9:45AM I had awakened physically. Looked at the clock, the room around me and was laying on my back.

1. Still feeling tired, I closed my eyes and imagined, sensed, feel myself
rolling around inside myself as I drifted.

2. Passiveness, quietness, relaxing while my transfer of consciousness
shifted to my astral. Also, during this time my physical body I could feel
distance as I lose to separation.

3. Off in the distance I could feel and sense the change in body transfer
from physical to astral. Along with it, the vibration was far away and
and I had to feel, reach out, bring the vibrations closer.

4.  As the vibrations were faint I imagined myself still rolling around in
circles like a log. This would keep up the cross over and shift in
consciousness.  Keeping on with this, I could feel the vibrations
increase and waver from head to toe.

5.  The vibrations were mild and enjoyable. I also took conscious note that
there were buzzing/cracking sound in my head/ears from these
    vibrations.

6.  Still rolling around like a log I then rev'd myself and spun myself
outward exiting to my left. From there, I had found myself in my
parents house in my old bedroom making way towards the hallway.

I guess the best way that it can be described is the change in awareness, realizing you're in the trance state and feeling, sensing the vibes be present.

The more you learn how to project and experience the vibes, you will tune into the frequency.

Sometimes when I'm ready to go to sleep and I'm not thinking about projecting it will automatically happen. The vibes are out of control and attack with rage. This is not fun when you're not expecting it and it can make the experience dour.

Hope this helps....

sometimes the vibrations are so violent and painful that its hard to stick it through! ive had this happen twice. usually they are light and barley noticable tho.

I've got a quick question about when the ideal time to try and seperate yourself from the physical body.  Typically my experiences with the vibrations are very similar to what people experience, but i have noticed that the more i view the vibrations in a passive manner, the stronger the vibrations are, and then before i know it I'am in a lucid dream.  I also have noticed that before the vibrations even hit me, i get ithis feeling (state of mind) when i know the vibrations are just around the corner, and then before i know it it feels like I'am getting pumped with 50,000 voltz of electricity.  Once the vibrations finally end, (sometimes relieved they had passed) i come into something like a intermediate state where i dont feel or see anything, but my mind is conscience, and then its like iam teleported to a lucid dream.

Anyways i was wondering during these vibrations when the most ideal time to try and project out of body.  Would it be best to wait until the
vibrations ended or during?

Ohh yaa and one more question,  does our body actually experience these vibrations even when were not consciounce, or does it happen only when we are consciounce of them?

peace,

Bryan

they happen all the time but very lightly. they are usually really heavy if you are conscious because there is more chakra energy needed to transfer a conscious mind or something. thats what ive read anyway.

a few days ago i was woken up by the 50,000 volters. maybe i was semi lucid before hand who knows. i think youre supposed to wait until all sets of vibrations pass and then wait for the dream to start, or try to project.

Bryman,

QuoteOhh yaa and one more question, does our body actually experience these vibrations even when were not conscious, or does it happen only when we are conscious of them?

no, i have video tapped this while I projected. the physical body remains quiet. a little reaction here and there but one on the outside would not notice. also, I've had my wife hold me while and during the vibes.. she didn't feel nothing.. i return back from the projection in silence of the night - can be a little creepy sometimes..

also, when the vibes hit - exit a.s.p, don't wait - go!

here's the journal for your review

"how" do u exit? i want to be ready when i get the vibes again! nothing anyone could have told me could have gotten me to where i am now. nothing but practice. is the actual exit of the same persuasion?

I've heard of alot of ways to exit. Some say wait for the vibes to stop, some don't.

Exiting Presedures(sp)
-Rolling
-Just GO!
-Will yourself
-Float out

many many more ways.

Mr.Swift,

It all depends on the individual. Just last night I projected - the vibes came about and during the course I exited. I think if you wait to long your consciousness will drift back to physical and the trance state will be lost.
