Both in my opinion. There's no difference between them except that when your body dies you don't return to it.

i need to know what it is when you suddenly go unconsious and your spirit slowly starts rising out of you and like fades, and than an hour later your conciousness comes back and your spirit has returned: is this a life after death event or an OBE?
