I FINALLY made it!

Whoo hoo!  
Yay!  I finally made it into the astral!  It only lasted for about a total of 10 seconds...but hey, progress is progress right?

Last night i wanted to try it again.  I continued using the ROPE technique, and using another technique, by imagining my body swaying side to side.  As always, the vibrations came, and the twitching started.  This continued happening for about 15 minutes...and nothing happened.  So i tried to relax deeper.  Im assuming sometime around here, I actually got out of my body, because I started hearing those hypo(srry...i forgot the full name) sounds.  I heard a car door slam, and people yelling.  I guess this was a trick of my mind to let me know I was actually out?  I was very light feeling, and somehow or another I appeared at my window, looking out.  There were no blinds like I have in real life, and Its as if i could see right through them.  I saw a white car parked behind my truck, and a young man wearing a green tshirt lock the car, and started walking quickly down the street yelling.  I noticed my arms were ghost like, see through, and I could feel air passing through them.  Since this kind of situation has happened in REAL life, I didnt know what to do, and thoughts started rushing through my mind.  I didnt know I was out of my body, so i thought "i better run into my other family members room" to tell them about the car parked at my house at midnight!  

  Unfortunatly...my PHYSICAL body got up out of bed, and ran myself into another room in my house.  Ive heard by just thinking of your body, while you are in the astral, can cause you to go directly back.  Anyways, I woke another family member up, and ran over towards the window.  There was no white car, and no man with a green tshirt in the street.  I figured I must have seen all of that in the astral.  My family member went outside to move our cars into the drive way, and sure enough, the SAME white car i had seen while i was out of body, speedily went by my family member!  Was i seeing a RTZ?  Was this a OOBE or a AP?  This was WEIRD!

Cars are everywhere . White cars too. A car is easy to imagine , thats not necessary that white car that you saw in your astral projection. But maybe yes.
