lucid dream, OBE, or both?

So last night, or rather this morning around 5 a.m. I had an interesting experience which I am not sure was an OBE or a lucid dream.

It started when I woke up in a state of paralysis, which happens to me very often. Realizing the state I was in, I attempted to leave my body, and I eventually did so. A lot of the time, my OBE's feel very physical and real, so I always check asking myself questions like where am I and try to see if anything is out of place.

I eventually realize that I really am out of my body, but the next thing I know I am in shallow water looking for something, and then later I am searching for a book for someone. While these last bits seem more like a dream than anything, I am still aware that I am out of my body. I'm wondering if it was because of the state of mind I was in and it started with a conscious OBE and then I drifted into a dream?
