Phasing vs. vibrations

I found myself walking outside in the fresh air this morning. I wondered how I had came there and decided to go back in my room. Upon entering my bedroom, I found myself sleeping in my bed. My underwears were different and I was sleeping without my blanket and in a different position. I decided to touch myself and I was surprised to feel the soft and warm texture. I also enjoyed to look at my physical shape... I thought I was pretty hot lol. Seems like a parralel world near the RTZ (I have been experiencing what seems to be other me for a few months now). I acquired my lucidity and started to walk around the house... then I was took behind my eyelids into the vibrations. Now I have been experiencing with phasing and I read the vibrations are not even a needed stage to project. My question is: can you transform the vibrations into a phasing experience? Remaining still and sort of clicking-in rather than separating in the classic way? I waited... I saw some geometric shapes for a short moment, tried to hold my thoughts, but I never got to the numbness feeling I experienced with phasing, the vibrations got stronger and stronger and faded away. Now I am thinking I should just separate the next time it happens... but in your experience, is it possible to go from vibrating to phasing? Both feelings seemed rather different to me! Thank you so much and good night, sweet dreams :)

Yes.

There is no need to actually 'separate'. When you do you are essentially going through the motions of a process that seems logical... "I am physical therefor I need to get away from my physical".

When you do use a separation method you are actually using up time and effort... and generally the modalities of 'getting out' are transformed into sensations that can be distracting that commonly result in feelings of being stuck, usually in the head area... this is logical thinking right? - You are in your head so it will be the last thing to detach.

I rarely use a separation method these days. I simply manifest wherever my nonphysical self is 'residing'.

I only started separating when I started learning about OBEs. Maybe I'm just running myself in circles for the long run...

You certainly don't need to separate. On account that the experiences stem from your awareness at the moment, I think it would be possible to phase at any point that awareness and focus is met.

Oh, about the vibrations bit, I usually don't notice them at all. But that is considering my experiences are spontaneous.

Assuming I'm talking about the same thing, in my case they have been warm and more like a pulsing.

I used to get a rushy shiver traveling up and down my body just before SP.

If I was to transcribe what I wrote in my old diaries it would say "I get an isotonic rush, like a wave of relaxation".

I don't get them anymore.

Bedeekin, that should be the slogan for a new soft drink or something. Astral Punch!

HA.. funny you should say that... the 'isotonic rush' was from an old 'Lucozade Sport' ad.... aaand here it is. The blue rush is the bit I mean.

Hummm that is what I thought... but I'm still confuse. Why did the vibes only go stronger when I tried to just relax and notice to phase in? Maybe I should have imagined a place where I wanted to be instead of just noticing?... I suppose this may be something that comes with practice?

darkraigne, for me vibrations doesn't feel cold or hot. The other day I was sitting on one of my leg... I'm not sure how to say that, but you know the electric feeling or ants you get in a body part when the nerves are compressed? It's very very similar except it's a whole body feeling, more or less stronger. But Bedeekin seems to point out something to which you could relate.
