Title: Going through a LD To get to AP
Post by: Simo on March 05, 2011, 11:35:11
Hi ya!I want to share my new technique for getting out!Well I'm sure that someone else does it the same way bit its like recent discovery for me!So When i try phasing or whatever other technique I fall asleep ALWAYS!But here comes the funny part-I walk in a LD in which I continue to attempt to achieve AP(going to the bed I find nearby, close my eyes, and try to roll out)Seconds later I feel the vibrations, and wait for a moment which I get the Feeling(you know it feels when being out)and voala - the simple test i preform is to check if I am free of solid objects restriction and if i can walk trough them...Bang the world is mine :D :-P waiting for your comments!!!

If you mean that when you try to do Phasing, you end up falling asleep into a Lucid Dream... that IS Phasing.  :)
You're entering the non-physical remaining lucidly aware.  You might not be IMMEDIATELY lucid... but lucidity might kick in a few second or minutes after you're there, but that IS Phasing.

When you're lucidly aware, you're ALREADY in the non-physical... I believe that you're past the point of where vibrations happen.  Just enter your lucid state and go enjoy the world.  :)

Well so I this is phasing?I was thinking this is really hard for me to accomplish, but    So I am projecting after all,and I feel the vibrations just because I expect them to appear? This is so great and easy

Well, that's my thoughts on it, yes.

You can also take your lucid awareness experience, and focus yourself back towards your body... then have a classic separation obe from there in which you might experience the vibrations.

Xanth, what do you believe dreams are? do you think that dreams actually consist in the non-physical, and we're simply not aware of it? or do you believe it's just a product of the mind, and that only when you become lucid do you end up in the non-physical?

Take a look at the section where Buhlman talks about turning a lucid dream into an OBE, Out-of-Body-Experience ->

"The key is to upgrade the dream by using an enhancement technique" --Buhlman

Exactly, I use to be pretty confused on this also but now I understand that when your lucid dreaming you are having an OBE, it's just that you fell asleep and weren't concious from the start of it

I to have had taunting dreams of me attempting to try and leave my body, includes me laying on my brd and floating up & what not, when im actually already out! Lol kinda silly
