I spend one day on this site talking to some amazing people and reading stickies and I'm at the border here!!!

Ok so nutshell version :

body is asleep. Mind is aware but not focused on or affected by any symptoms. When symptoms begin , (got that to 8 minutes,  using hypnosis track for relaxation, at first it took 25-30min), immediately start imagining meta-physical visualizations (which I believe is myself doing whatever activity that can imagine ), after 20-40 seconds of particular visualization, I tend to loose focus so change image or visualization, (thanks Contenteo!) and just keep changing visualizations when I loose focus.

  I just did this, and now the symptoms of vibrations,noises, magnet pull are way more INTENSE  and now there is a NEW symptom foot steps everywhere. That was slightly creepy for a instant I guess because it was a new one. the more i imagine myself doing something physical , the stronger they get. I was exhausted from last nights attempt and now it was 1.5 hours of feeling these MASS VIBRATIONS I had to throw in the towel for this one. just mentally exhausting this visualization, (but fun).

So my NEXT question is : am i suppose to project during these visualizations, is it just that simple? I did it for an hour and a half, That is a LOT  of visualizing!! There is nothing for me to consciously think of during these visuals to make the transition to NP? Where will I appear? will my eyes her closed? Will I be floating? Will I be in one of my visualizations?? SO excited !

It sounds like I'm thinking acting and believing that I'm already in NP during visualization and is it that which will attract me there faster????

What is the exact definition of meta-pysical visualization?

Bit of a newcomer here, But im pretty sure once the vibrations start happening and they get really intense, thats when you can do an exit technique, all you do is think of any way of exiting your body, pretend their is a rope and your climbing it, "roll" out, gravitate above your body, pretend your on a jet rocket thats slowly bringing you out of your body, and once it hits the atmosphere and space you're completely out of your body. ect ect

Meeshatech, I think you already know everything you need to know to have your first OOBE with awareness. I think your asking for trouble by worrying about small things like if you need to open your eyes and such. I can guarantee you that it will not be a problem when the time comes so long as you stop dwelling on it NOW. I used "trouble" very lightly here.

I understand where you are coming from but you're putting the carriage before the horse. You need to have your first experience and see how it goes. Then you can ask how to make certain things better. You're worrying about problems that may never arise and if they do, you might be amazed at how easy they are to overcome. Remember that it's as easy as thinking.

What you really need to keep in mind is that you may realize something your first time that can help us all out as well. No matter how much more experience that any of us have over another concerning the NPR, we are all still learning and you may have the unique perspective to see something in a new light that we never considered.

Now quit wasting time by reading this and go project already! :wink:
