Green whirling energy and extreme anxiety

Hi sometimes I project by letting a unexplainable feeling take place betwenn my brow and third eye that only symptoms are a type of pulsating vibration which increases and then I phase.

Last night I had 3 very short obes on the last I felt the pulsating vibrations coming but they were strongest I ever felt and for sone reason I felt at risk. So I asked to view what I was feeling and seen this huge spiralling green vortex in which  you could see ring upon ring of green energy which spiralled and got bigger as they reached the outer edges of the circle.

I felt threatened as if once i enter I wont be able to come back.

so i came back to physical.

anyone else experienced this or know what it is?

Perhaps it was an entrance into some other "astral" reality?

I think I had at least a similar experience twice. Once with a green galaxy-like spiral (white or yellow in middle) and later also with a red one. It was while I also (for the first time consciously) experienced sleep paralysis.

I asked Robert Bruce about it. Here's what he wrote:

In this theory, your mentioning of the activated brow chakra ("third eye") also makes a lot of sense. According to Robert's (and my) view, you used it to view your heart chakra's energy (greenish, not the chakra itself, btw). It was a kind of clairvoyant "inner" body vision in paralysed state.

The emotion you had (anxiety in this case) might make sense too, as emotion stimulates the heart chakra. Most of all, it gets clear to me as you say you that you even "asked to view what you were feeling". And it seems this is exactly what you got. You 'viewed' your emotions.
In my case, it was first a kind of anxiety too due to the paralyis which was new to me (it was creeping over me!). I did not really feel fear, just felt a bit uncomfortable. That is why I then started to sing (creating harmony, positive vibes) which caused the spiral to appear at exactly this moment. Emotions play a big role here. It's a visualisation of emo-energy from the heart chakra! 

A view weeks later I saw a red one. So it was connected to base chakra energy and happened during a telepathic communication with a former buddy of mine (involuntary actually). He is more down-to-earth, driven by materialistic and sexual instincts and thus operates on a lower chakra level, which is why I had activated my basal chakra in order to receive input from him (well ... that's my theory  ).
Btw, the communication was indeed real because it resulted in a validation of facts from a very current event in his private life, which I could never have known or even suspected. I could verify this from a friend of mine who is still in contact with him and confirmed some of it (but there were mistakes too, to be honest).

It's interesting for me, too, that s.o. experiences sth similar. I thought I was alone with this one so far.

I saw something similar while I was meditating on the train the other morning... except it was blue.

Question: Did anybody enter this and if not why? did you feel anxious too? if you did enter what happened? is it possible to enter it?

I remember returning from a projection one night (about 3am) and waking in my body to find my room lit by a small bright green cloud on the ceiling, right above my bed. It lasted for ten seconds or so before fading away. It wasn't just some visual artefact--I sat up and it maintained its position, kind of hugging the smoke alarm above my bed. Needless to say I was fairly freaked out by it, as nothing had ever 'spilled across' so strongly before.
