You people...always wanting to study our minds...[:P]

I can picture things fairly well. Not wonderful...way to ADD to do that. Heh.

I hear it the way it is on the radio.

I have an ability to project of Negative 7.

Let me say..welcome to the Forums, Impunity!

Know you will enjoy, lots to read and learn, not to mention lots of brains to study [:P]

Onto your questions,

I can picture quite well and keep the picture, even walk thru it a bit, at will..

I never thought about the song stuck in my head..next time, I will ask, who the heck is that?...

I am around a 4-5, I need to be more consistant, but I am making great strides!

"this might prove interesting"... why do I have a picture of some crazy man, rubbing his hands together, with test-tubes all around him?

Thanks for the information so far guys,  I appreciate the fact that these boards are so full of open minded and kind people...

Ive got no test tubes , but I tend to think of things scientifically.  I believe that paranormal phenomenon as well as astral projection may be explained through scientific means but that we dont yet know how to explain it, it is amazing how much of our world we do not know about,  especially when ideas are radically changed so often, heck not too long ago we thought the world was flat.  Now emerge some fantastic physics theories such as quantum theory and Superstring theory, that we have never even thought possible before.

Thanks and I hope ill continue to receive feedback :)

Hello Impunity, and welecome to the Forums.  Interesting survey.
#1 Yes, I can pisture scenes in my mind at will.
#2 I have songs stuck in my mind all day long and it's like from a band and I have great difficulty eliminating them.  My feeling is that this is a challenge to coax me into staying awake and aware throughout the day but it can be very annoying. The annoyance factor has become even more exacerbated by my tongue which now seems to want to keep time with the beat and it is getting sore.  If you can think of a way to stop the musical madness please let me know.
#3 I would rate myself at about a 3 on the projection ability chart.
Thanks for your input Impunity.

1) I think I can picure things well.
2) When I have music in my head (which is almost always), it's always the actual singer singing.
3) 0, becuase I've never astral projected (mostly because I can't quiet the music in my head). If this makes the above information useless, sorry for wasting space.

1- yes, but i cant keep a simple scene. example, i can keep a complex scene, and even emerse myself in it if i'm relaxed and tired enough, but i cant keep an image of say, a triangle on a simple background.
2-Its the band singing it acurately.
3-maybe a .5 lol

1 - 3/10 (More like flashes; have problems holding a continuous "stream".  Easier when my eyes are open).
2 - 9/10 (Original voices/instruments).
3 - 3/10 (I think I could do better but tired/lazzy/uncomfortable).

Lol Centa, i'm the same way, I almost always have a song stuck in my head and it sounds just like the band.  I seem to have a lot of problems getting rid of it also, one way that sometimes works is to play the song on my mp3 player, but then I usually get another song stuck in my head anyways :P

It also seems to be a major block for me too, last night I was meditating and had Tool's "Third Eye" stuck in my head and it would not go away, I could stop it for a few seconds but It would just start right up again.  I guess it will just take a lot of dedication and practice, try try again right?

Dreaming of that face again.
It's bright and blue and shimmering.
Grinning wide
And comforting me with it's three warm and wild eyes.

On my back and tumbling
Down that hole and back again
Rising up
And wiping the webs and the dew from my withered eye.

1.  Sometimes I can picture scenes very well 9/10, most of the time 6/10.

2.  I hear songs perfectly in my head 10/10, too bad I can't mimick the singers :).

3.  projection ability:  0.3!! Yeah!

Oh, and about the third eye TOOL song.  I recently read Carlos Casteneda's 'Teachings of Don Juan', and I'm about 99% sure that the lyric from that song that goes

" stick my hand into his shadow to pull the pieces from the sand. Which I attempt to reassemble to see just who I might have been. I do not recognize the vessel, but the eyes seem so familiar. Like phosphorescent desert buttons singing one familiar song...

The part about the phosphorescent desert buttons singing one familiar song would be mescalito showing himself in the form of the glowing peyote plants, and the familiar song would be their unique song that mescalito gives them...  If you've read the book you know what I'm talking about, otherwise I make no sense, hehe.

I'm starting to do a study based on your minds creative ability and astral projection.

Questions:  Can you picture scenes in your head at will?
Also,
If you have a song stuck in your head, is it your own voice singing the song, or do you hear it accurately as played by the band?

Then rank your ability to project 1 to 10 please
Thanks for your help in advance, this might prove interesting.
