Had my first OBE.

I learned about astral projection and obes when I was in high school.  There was a book I read that touched on the subject. I'm 21 now.  I read up on OBEs and tried to have an out of body experience but just never was able to do it.  I was always interested in the subject, and would randomly try to do it but never focused hard enough.

I was taking a nap one day, I was dreaming, it was a different dream.  Almost like I was going back and forth between two different dreams.  I woke up from one dream, but I was still dreaming.  I felt that I started to float up, in my head I was still able to think.  I knew I was having an OBE.  I was able to raise my hand up and was floating upwards, I went through the ceiling.  I panicked right after that because all I saw.  I woke up, I was so excited to have finally had an OBE.  

I'm going to start reading up on the subject again and will hopefully be able to accomplish more.

I had a very similar experience many years ago, I was finally able to feel my body floating towards the ceiling.  I never made it through the ceiling the feeling of leaving my body made me instantly feel the ceiling against my face and I fell back into my bed.  I have tried many times since but have never been able to reproduce that.  This was many years ago.  Now after marriage and two kids, I am back exploring.  I hope to be back there very soon.

Congrats dude... my first oobe was a rough one and really kicked my butt!!.... I didn't know what was actually going on, like I was drunk, but conscious and fooled at the same time.
