it could be sleep paralysis. The feeling that you're being touched is a common symptom.
It's probably the dreams of a horemonous teen becoming spiritually active to "experiment" with you...[:P][:D]
I don't know about all the touchy feely, but I once had someone grab my ankles, to help pull me out perhaps? At the time scared the crap out of me..! Hasn't happened again..now I wish it would, I don't think I would freak out this time..would just let it happen [:D]

I've had the same experiances...one that particulary was violent and the spirit or whatever it was pulled on my leg, yanking me off the bed. Lousy bastards...I chased it for a bit...it got away. The next night I was ready, being trained in psychic combat related sport-I slipped OB-waited for the thing, where I proceeded to look like I was sleeping.
Eventually, I saw a rippling, a gateway, a door, an astral doorway in my freaken WALL! (it's still there:p) I waited, a black kinda inky thing came out, almost like ink flowing off a table. I waited, got charged up, blasted it several times until it went away...this time, for good;)
I don't advise "rousing" the spirits, though, I got lucky-this thing was just a parasite or some shadow thingie having a rather annoying steak of fun.
I advise a simple "banishing spell", ignore the rumors about wiccans and witchcraft related things being too "fluffy bunny" -that kinda spell really works wonders. I will post a bit of it, in here, when I can find the one I used. Mind you, they don't work for long, maybe a couple of weeks, depending on how you do it and how strong you command it...etc..
It is also wise to apply sheilding to yourself and the room, I will also provide some techniques, in this thread, when I find them

Visualize yourself surrounded in white light, if your not to good at visualizing then just "feel" the white light penetrating every cell of your body. Then imagine your surroundings bathed in this same white light. Very purifing and protecting.
Pre-projection symptom?
Sometime when on the onset of projection I experience certain sensation, like hearing sound which may make sense or don't, or see people coming into my room, walking around, opening the door etc., sometime I may feel poke and prod on some part of my body, even a pinch on the butt on one ocassion. However, never in any sexual sense that I know.
A few time, a hand (which doesn't feel physical more ethereal like) pull me out of my body. Actually I was stuck in my body at that time and feeling a little bold I call for help mentally. Out of nowhere I feel two hand holding my upper arm and pull me slowly out. Eventhough it was I who call for assistance, I was startled, and scared by this. I never though it would happen to me. Since then, sometime when I relax in the vibration, feeling my body floating and buzzing, a pair of hand would try to gently pull me away from my body. The first few time I was scared. Frustrated by my own action, I decide to experiment and let it flow. A few time I come out of the state eventhough I'm not that scared anymore. But the last time was interesting as I manage to finish it. I arrive somewhere, meet someone and have some conversation. At this time, it is too early too make conclusion and I need to investigate more.
Regarding your question, I don't know. Maybe something is really touching you or it could be just a sensation.

What you experience regarding the sensation of hands touching you is related to sleep paralysis. Apparently sleep paralysis heightens the sensations that occur just before and after sleep. Those sensations are a form of hypnagogic consciousness.
Most people are aware of the hypnagogic visuals that occur with eyes closed. Yet other hypnagogic sensations are also possible. That includes sounds (music, noise), smells (food, perfume) and tactile sensations (including floating, falling and being pulled and pushed). So what you regularly experience are a form of hypnagogic sensations.

After reading about sleep paralysis, I believe that is what's happening. The only difference is; it is mostly written that sleep paralysis is an unpleasant feeling, unlike the sensations I get from it. I wish I could provoke it..make it happen.
I have been going to bed early almost every night since the last time it happended, but I had no success.
I bought the book "Astral Dynamics" and tried the relaxation technics, but I find it very hard and very long to relax my body in that fashion.
I guess I'll have to be patient and read a lot in order to experiment different ways to relax. I think it would be easier for me to OBE with sleep paralysis, since that was the only time I acheived it.

Sometimes in sleep paralysis i have felt someone eaven siting on my bed or on my body [8D] and sometimes something holding my hands, usually then it attacks me [xx(]
For me, best way to go to sleep paralysis is then when i have been in school whole day, wery tired, and when after school in bus its hard to hold my eyes open, i come home and go to sleep for an hour or two and before i fall asleep i have sleep paralysis most of the times. Try it, think about something at the same time and it comes real.
Hello, I am trying to understand the things that have been happening to me, and no one seems to be having the same experience. Here it is...
On many occasions almost before falling asleep, I wake up, but my body is paralized, and I cannot move at all except my eyes. I then start to feel someone touching me, but I can't see anyone. Sometimes I almost could see the blankets moving a little. I never feel scared or anything, because I'm being touched in the most passionate way, and sometimes in a sexuel sense. I can feel someone touching both my legs nicely from top to bottom, and my breast as well. You can understand that I love it when this happens to me, when I'm just about to fall asleep. I never fight it...then again I cannot move! When the feeling starts to go away, I can make it stay longer. I can even think of where I want to be touched, and I feel it. It is the most wonderful feeling ever! Sometimes I can mentally force to feeling to start. I would love to know what this is. It always feel like there is a ghost in my room touching me. I just don't know.
Usually, after a while I just fall asleep, but the other night something different happened.
The touching feeling was gone and I suddenly was about 10 inches from the ceiling, and at that time I felt I knew I was out of my body. I then had a thaught of tuning around, and in a blink of an eye, I could see myself sleeping. I was very close to my head. All I could see was my head on my pillow. The environment was very dreamy like. I could not see the whole room, but only the ceiling and then my head. I really enjoyed it, and I want to try again.
I wonder if someone is sharing the same experiences. But the question I ask myself the most is; what is touching me like that?
