Sounds like your really close to me

That reminds me of some exercises I have done during yoga. Our instructor told us to visualize are brain/consciousness growing out past are feet with each exhalation and then shrink to a pin point with each inhalation. It definitely gets you in the right same of mind, i now like to use the method when attempting to project.

It seems we are both at the same or similar level. I have partially projected, and have had very major vibes. Yet, no full projection yet. I an going to try the bouncing technique tonight. I forgot how good that one is. Good luck! I'm sure you'll  get there soon!

I am now convinced that I am THIS close || to getting out of body!!

You see, this morning I tried things a little different. I put my duvet on the floor, and put one pillow on it for slight comfort. I had my arms held above my head so I would not fall asleep, and I got myself all relaxed blah blah blah. The reason I was on the floor was because I have a bunk bed, and it is quite difficult for me to exteriorize body awareness when there's only 2 or 3 feet of space above me. With a lot of distance between the roof and the floor, I really felt a lot of sensations when bounce loosening my projectable double.

I felt a throbbing and expanding around me, and then I felt a rush of energy up my legs. Unfortunately, my eyes were relaxed a lot and due to my position of lying down they wanted to fall open. I had to concentrate and force my eyes shut, making an annoying twitching movement around my face. The sensation of energy rushing stopped at my waist, and the projection attempt ended.

I'm going to try again tomorrow morning around the same time of 4-5am, and I'm going to prop my head up so gravity keeps my eyes relaxed but shut. Wish me luck!

No amount of rigorous training, sitting and doing nothing, and clearing one's mind can help a man who hasn't overcome his doubts.
