How to Astral Project using Video Games and The Tunnel Method

I discovered this by accident last night, after playing hours of Mario Kart 7 I believe. The levels looked like tunnels and when I feel asleep I was seeing after images of them. I continued to follow the tunnels and I got very, very dizzy. I felt like I was turning in my bed. At one point I saw my hand it was silver and it was stretched out in front of me. As I was going through these endless cycles of tunnels I saw planets, stars, people, and galaxies. I also got kind of sick because it was moving so fast. Some of the tunnels even had light moving through it. Like the color yellow for example which was the color I was seeing. These sensations where very intense. I woke up several times as well and when I went back to sleep I had an OBE twice.

Steps:

1) Get any tunnel game and play it for a couple of hours
2) When you start to see the game in your mind's eye like after images follow the tunnels and it will create a worm hole.
3) Keep following the tunnels you may get really dizzy and feel like your falling out of bed
4) Go to sleep and you will have OBEs. You also astral project while seeing these tunnels

It's actually nothing new (in fact, there isn't any "technique" you can come up with that is "new" ).
We call it a "mental rundown".  You're using a visualization of a tunnel which you're feeding from a prior experience of a video game.

Perfectly valid method.   

What makes it good for YOU, darkside, is that you found this on your own!  That makes it incredibly more powerful.

I find that if I use computers before going to bed, I don't sleep as well and I have less REM sleep.

Im not a disbeliever in Astral projection.... but are you sure it wasnt a brain seizure?  I ask because you were playing a videogame and you got dizzy while playing. Anyone, even someone who has never had a seizure before, can have a seizure, and some videogames can cause them. There is even a label on most videogames (including most Mario games) saying that you may get dizzy, light headed, or that you could potentially have a seizure. If it were me, I would take this info to a doctor just in case.
