Can you see your shadows in the astral?

I think I've ap'd but not quite sure, I appeared in a random house after concentrating, saw some people, walked to the door of the house, passed through, and went out side and saw my shadow? Also, whenever there was a smokey looking shadow coming out of my head in sync with my thoughts. It was also kind of weird to move. Do you see your own shadow? was it ap? My hands were distorted after looking at them also

Are you sure it was YOUR shadow?

It's possible to wake up somewhere weird, but usually that doesn't happen (in my experience).
