In this "Coast to Coast AM" episode, Art Bell interviewed someone named "Sarah" who describes her remarkable NDE.  To me it sounds like she was given a tour of the Astral Plane starting at the "lowest level" where the negs hang out, all the way to the pure light zone.

This interview is one of the things which got me interested in astral projection when I heard it on the radio as a college senior.
