This was only a couple seconds long, but freaky.

So I'm laying there, and this woman reaches her arm across from her dimension, just her arm, I can feel it slide from the top of my head, her elbow by my ear, and reaches straight into my chest,  GRABS MY HEART,    and begins to give it some sort of massage, intending to clear out negative energy, or blockages.

Honestly, I get the feeling it was me, only a different me, on a different dimension.

I had been very depressed. And within a couple of days my mood did indeed pick back up.

Do you think I could maybe call on other me's in other dimensions to help me out with other problems???

That was pretty cool. Is it my impression or yesterday (day 21) was a very active day? Not just here in the forums but on the astral dimension. I've had many incredible and fantastic experiences that I can't even start to tell, and lots of people seem to have had too. That's very neat.

You know, I've heard that there is a sort of "cycle" for these things. I read that people notice an increase around the full moon. But that was back on June 11.

I tend to have more OBE's around the new moon which is about now I think.
I was born during the new moon, maybe that has something to do with it. I don't know.
